INSIDE THE HOME
As you enter the lower level, you will find two separate queen bedrooms, a bedroom with twin bunks (with a slide!), and a combination laundry room and bath with a shower.

The upper level features a sunny open living room, a well-equipped kitchen, and an open dining area. The primary bedroom can be found on this floor complete with a king bed and is located directly across from a full bath with tiled walk in shower.

OUTSIDE
Two sets of sliders off the living room provide plenty of light and open to a spacious deck with a view of the shoreline and a private patio area tucked away, complete with gas and charcoal grills, a fire pit, and an outdoor shower. Climb the steps to the private observation deck and unwind from your day on the water while taking in a famous Lake Michigan sunset.

THE LOCATION
Enjoy the convenience of being just a 5-minute drive from Downtown Grand Haven, where you will find a great variety of restaurants, boutique shopping, coffee shops, breweries, and a new social district. Big-box stores like Meijer and Walmart are just a short drive away and provide everything you need to get stocked up for your perfect vacation getaway.

- Cancel within 48 hours of making your reservation at no charge.
- Cancel 30 days or more in advance, and receive a full refund.
- Cancel 14 days in advance, and receive a 50% refund.
- No refunds for cancellations less than 14 days in advance of reservation start date.

There are no refunds for early departures, reduction of nights rented, or delayed arrivals due to inclement weather or any other factor. Please consider trip insurance to protect your investment.

We provide professionally laundered linens, bath and beach towels, a starter supply of paper and cleaning products, and after-hours emergency maintenance services. The property was great for our 4th of July vacation with our besties and kids! We had 4 adults and 5 kids ages 6-1 years old. The house is plenty spacious and nicely kept, without being too precious or fragile. We felt comfortable letting our kids be kids! The inside is updated with 1 king bedroom on the upper level and 3 bedrooms on the first level. It is built into a hill so the lookout deck and views are AMAZING. It is very conveniently located near the beach and only a mile from the historic downtown."
