All utilities are included, and there is ample parking available, with space for two cars at the back of the house and two on the driveway side. On-street parking is also available if needed; however, be mindful that street cleaning day is usually on Wednesday- do not park there, you will be ticketed.

It would be greatly appreciated if you could avoid leaving any leftover food on plates or in the refrigerator; please dispose of it in the garbage.

Regarding the bedsheets and used towels, we kindly ask you to remove only the bedsheets and place them along with the dirty towels in the provided trash bag located under the kitchen counter.
