Bienvenue au Gateway Cottage! Notre magnifique "chalet" haut de gamme de 1765 pc achevĂ© en 2008 est situĂ© Ă  plus de 7000 'd'altitude dans un cadre naturel sur un acre paisible de pins frais dans le nord de l'Arizona. Nous sommes situĂ©s Ă  quelques minutes Ă  l'est de Williams, la porte d'entrĂ©e du Grand Canyon, oĂč vous trouverez de nombreux magasins pour presque tout ce dont vous avez besoin. C'est un trajet facile de 45 minutes / 60 miles jusqu'au bord sud du Grand Canyon, et avec Flagstaff Ă  25 minutes et Sedona Ă  une heure, c'est un excellent emplacement central !! L'intĂ©rieur dĂ©corĂ© avec goĂ»t comprend 2 chambres KING et 2 salles de bain complĂštes, plus une mezzanine avec un lit QUEEN et un lit TWIN, ainsi qu'un canapĂ©-lit QUEEN et un lit pack-n-play pouvant accueillir confortablement jusqu'Ă  9 personnes adultes. Des mises Ă  jour rĂ©centes ont Ă©tĂ© apportĂ©es avec de nouveaux rideaux dans le salon et les chambres et de nouvelles couvertures sur les lits dans le grenier, un nouveau four Ă  micro-ondes et un nouveau tĂ©lĂ©viseur UHD de 43 pouces dans la chambre du rez-de-chaussĂ©e, le nouveau systĂšme de tĂ©lĂ©vision par satellite Dishnet Hopper 2/11/19, peinture intĂ©rieure fraĂźche fĂ©vrier 2019 , mises Ă  jour et mises Ă  niveau toujours en cours pour garder notre maison Ă  jour. Observez les Ă©toiles Ă  travers les lucarnes du lit king-size du maĂźtre et du lit queen-size du loft. Les deux chambres king ont une tĂ©lĂ©vision et un lecteur DVD. La cuisine bien Ă©quipĂ©e comprend tout ce dont vous avez besoin, apportez vos courses et prĂ©parez un repas simple ou gastronomique. La buanderie comprend des draps et des serviettes. DĂ©tente extĂ©rieure sur le pont, la zone du foyer ou le porche avant. Il y a une ligne fixe (tĂ©lĂ©phone) en interne pour les appels locaux. My family wanted to feel like we were in the middle of the woods while still being conveniently located to Williams and Flagstaff and this checked that box perfectly. Merrie was so easy to work with when we had to modify our reservation. We’re already talking about when we can go back.

Super cozy and great cabin! There were 6 adults in total in our family staying. The location was perfect for the sightseeing we wanted to do in Sedona and Grand Canyon National Park. Williamson was also a great little town. The cabin was very clean and had everything we needed. We would absolutely stay again and would recommend it to a friend. The only slight issue we had was not the fault of the host but our maps kept saying the house was further down the street than where it was actually located. We had some issues finding it the first time because it was night time. Just something to keep in mind if you do book this place! But overall we loved this place!!! The hosts are wonderful!

Wonderful house with a helpful, communicative host! It has the vibe of an older cabin, but the updated furnishings and great condition made it feel fresh and comfortable. Even the pull-out bed was nice. The house is located in a very quiet location in the woods where you can really see the stars. Do note that the roads to the house are not paved, but that wasn’t an issue for us; and make sure before you check out that you clean the kitchen.

The cabin worked perfectly for our trip to the Grand Canyon and surrounding area. The cabin was clean and cozy and we really enjoyed the front and back covered porches. We sat by the bonfire one night and that was a lot of fun. We cooked several meals at home and the kitchen worked perfectly and was well stocked. We loved watching the Stellar Jays and squirrels every morning play near the back patio.

Die Unterkunft war toll. Wir waren zu fĂŒnft und hatten genĂŒgend Schlafmöglichkeiten. Der Kontakt zum Gastgeber war einfach. Allerdings war uns bei der Buchung nicht bekannt, dass trotz der Lage im Wald reger Bahnverkehr herrscht. Die Bahn fuhr alle 20 Minuten, auch in der Nacht. Die Bahn war deutlich zu hören und ist bei einem leichten Schlaf nicht zu empfehlen, Schade.

Really beautiful property. However there’s a train that runs at night several times and unfortunately sleeping through the night was an issue for a few of us. For context the train tracks are about a 3 minute car ride away. Keep that in mind if you’re a light sleeper. Otherwise, great location if you’re heading to the Grand Canyon or any of the local attractions. The kids loved the play set. The cleaning fee is 150 which was a bit annoying considering you have to leave the kitchen spotless as opposed to other rentals where you can typically at least clean up the kitchen and leave the dishwasher running but here everything needs to be dried and put away before you leave. A small nuisance. We found several of other people’s socks while staying, but other than that the property was clean.

Great Family Getaway

This was our second time staying at the cabin and it was as great as the first time! The kitchen has everything you need, comfortable furniture and plenty of room at the table for the 8 of us. The kids love the loft and having 2 rooms both with king size beds is a huge plus! We enjoyed siting on the rocking chairs on the front porch and having dinner on the back deck. The cabin is so welcoming. I know we'll be back!

This cabin was a surprise! It is much nicer than the pictures show. We had 4 adults and 5 kids that stayed and it worked out great for all of us. The kitchen has more than you need to fix meals and the beds were very comfortable. We will be back again.
