Uncover an exceptional find in Innsbruck, Grand County – an ideal short-term rental! This luxurious residence boasts six bedrooms, a loft area equipped with foosball and an inviting lounge featuring plush sofas and a flat screen television. Multiple outdoor spaces beckon you to venture outside and take in the stunning scenery. Spanning two levels and covering 3,500 square feet, this home provides abundant options for both privacy and socializing with family and friends. Experience magnificent views from this distinguished Colorado property, situated in the center of Granby Ranch.
The main level of the residence is reached through the primary entrance, leading into an open-concept design that integrates the living, dining and kitchen spaces. The living room is equipped with a gas stove fireplace, a flat screen television and numerous south facing windows that showcase the abundant Colorado sunlight and stunning vistas. Adjacent to this space is the dining area, along with a gourmet kitchen featuring hardwood floors, stainless steel appliances and ample cabinetry for storage, as well as generous countertop space to facilitate meal preparation. The sophisticated wooden dining table is designed to seat eight guests comfortably. The deck connected to the kitchen is outfitted with a gas grill and provides patio dining for six, along with a partially covered section that includes comfortable sofa seating, perfect for enjoying the fresh air and scenic views. Additional outdoor seating is available on the patio with Adirondack chairs and there is convenient access to the expansive backyard, which includes a bonus feature of a children’s playground.
The primary bedroom on the main floor is equipped with a king-sized bed, a flat screen television and a renovated ensuite bathroom. The second and third bedrooms each feature a queen-sized bed and provide access to modernized bathrooms.
The topmost level boasts a generous and open loft, providing an excellent area for engaging in a game of foosball or unwinding in front of the flat screen television on the comfortable sofas. This level also includes the remaining three bedrooms and a full bathroom.
The fourth bedroom features two Queen beds along with a cozy sitting area that allows for enjoyment of the scenic views. The fifth bedroom is furnished with two twin beds, while the sixth bedroom contains a queen-sized bed. Each bedroom located on the upper floor is designed with ample windows, offering a delightful perspective of the surrounding meadows.
Our exceptional residence offers a variety of additional amenities, including a spacious laundry room, high-speed internet access through Xfinity, new carpeting throughout the home, a heated two-car garage and extra parking in the driveway accommodating up to two vehicles
There is a security camera at the front door and viewing the driveway.
It is essential for all guests to arrange their own transportation, ideally utilizing either all-wheel drive or four-wheel drive vehicles. Given the home’s secluded location, significant snowfall in the region may result in delays in the plowing of the county roads leading to the property.
Guests are not allowed to smoke or bring pets onto the property as per the rules of the Homeowner Association. These regulations will be rigorously upheld, with a $200 fine imposed on guests who violate them.

Great homebase for Grand Lake/RMNP!

5 different families were all able to comfortably stay at this home! It has a terrific setup with 6 bedrooms and plenty of lounging areas both indoors and out for people to spread out. The kitchen was very well stocked and the beds quite comfortable; the playground was an awesome touch for our toddler and the views from the back porch were terrific. Easy to find, plenty of parking, and near all sorts of great hikes and aquatic activities. Highly recommend staying at Juniper, especially if you’re part of a big group!

Great family Christmas get away!

House was roomy enough for our family of 12 with 6 bedrooms to accommodate everyone comfortably! There was just enough snow to use the “sleds” to entertain the kids with the hill beside the house. The nice neighbor said he didn’t mind at all. It was also close enough to make our ski days and tubing Fraser Hill easy with our crew. The house had everything we needed. We all agreed that the only thing that would make this THE PERFECT place is a nice hot tub to retreat to before settling down for the night. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and even without a hot tub would rent again. 🙂

Idyllic stay for a long awaited reunion among friends

Situated between Winter Park and Lake Granby, the Juniper Granby Ranch was an ideal location for several families with young children to rest, relax and reminisce. We enjoyed activities at Winter Park such as careening down alpine slides, basking in the sun, smelling the mountain air, and enjoying the surrounding mountainscapes on the gondola. Kayaking and captaining a pontoon boat at Shadow Mtn and Grand Lakes were an added bonus that delighted both young and old. We definitely will keep this place on our list for future reunions if available.

Great for families

This property was ideal for our family of 8 adults and one teenager. The main purpose of our stay was to visit Rocky Mountain National Park. It was a much better location for us than the Estes Park area due to being much less crowded. While we had no contact with the property manager, we had no problem with access to the property or with any of the instructions. The property was clean and had several large areas where the whole family could gather to visit. Overall, it was very comfortable and had great views. We would not hesitate to stay here again if it was available.

Spring Break 2023

House was very clean and spacious with lots of room for the littles and teens to play. The large dining table made family dinnertime nice. Home is close to ski slopes and grocery shopping. We found only 4 cereal bowls in a house for 14 people?? The property manager doesn't seem to know much about the property. There was a bit of a snow drift on the driveway when we arrived and it didn't get cleared until we called about it 4 days later. The manager also couldn't tell us if there was supposed to be a remote for the garage door or what the garage door code is.

Wonderful stay!

Our group of 3 families (10 people with kids ages 6-13) had a fantastic stay at this house. The house is amazingly roomy, we never felt at all cramped and commented that we could have had another family with us and still felt plenty roomy. The property is very well kept. The beds were comfortable, bedrooms were roomy, kitchen was well stocked, and the garage and mud room area made it easy to keep all our ski stuff organized and dry. Communication with the property management was very good, and they were very responsive. I also liked that they didn't ask us to strip the beds or start laundry, that was very nice. This is a great property and we're looking forward to coming back again.
