Spacieux Mountain Home prÚs du ranch de Granby, à quelques minutes du terrain de golf Ski Granby et Headwaters, de Winter Park, de Fraser Tubing Hill et de Grand Lake. Avec 2 espaces de vie, y compris les téléviseurs grand écran, WIFI et cheminées à gaz. Parfait pour les familles et les groupes. Peut accueillir confortablement jusqu'à 13, Trois BR + Loft, 3. 5 Bains. Venez profiter de notre maison loin de la maison!

Notre maison a trois niveaux avec des fenĂȘtres abondantes et d'excellentes vues sur les montagnes et les vallĂ©es. La grande salle avec de grandes fenĂȘtres s'ouvre sur la salle Ă  manger. La cuisine propose des appareils standard et un Keurig (n'hĂ©sitez pas Ă  apporter vos capsules Keurig K-Cup prĂ©fĂ©rĂ©es pour en profiter). La Master Suite est Ă  l'Ă©tage principal (nouveau matelas Queen) avec sa propre terrasse pour profiter de votre cafĂ© du matin. Il y a 2 chambres Ă  l'Ă©tage supĂ©rieur, une avec un grand lit et l'autre avec deux lits superposĂ©s, les deux lits jumeaux plus que complets (nouveaux lits doubles en mousse hybride et matelas Ă  ressorts et matelas en mousse Ă  mĂ©moire complĂšte). Dans la chambre avec lits superposĂ©s, il y a une XBOX 360! Il y a aussi un loft qui donne sur la grande salle avec 2 lits jumeaux. Le niveau infĂ©rieur comprend une tĂ©lĂ©vision grand Ă©cran et un lecteur de DVD, une table de baby-foot / air hockey, une section avec un canapĂ©-lit gigogne complet (nouveau matelas en gel) et un futon pleine grandeur. * Un vĂ©hicule Ă  quatre roues motrices / Ă  traction intĂ©grale est nĂ©cessaire en hiver * Les vĂ©hicules utilitaires ne sont pas autorisĂ©s Ă  se garer dans le voisinage *

Amazing house with beautiful views

The house is amazing! We were a family of 4, so it was definitely too big so much space. Plenty of extra rooms and a great place for family and friends to gather for a week/weekend in the mountains. The bed are comfy and the house is very cozy. We appreciated the coffee pot and kitchen set up. Plus it’s close to town and the local grocery store should you need anything. Granby is a very cute small town, but closer to bigger resort towns, like Winter Park should you want that. Would highly recommend this house to anyone interested in staying in the area.

Granby review

Everything was good. It would be nice to have a welcome book that shows where items are located in the house. The only downfall that causes me to never return there in the winter is that the community the house is in doesn’t take care of the streets with the ice and snow and that’s unfortunate being an HOA community. We almost flipped our 4x4 expedition and fell in brush. This was a few feet from house. And it’s not from inexperience because while waiting for a tow truck another vehicle fell off the road a few feet behind us. The community is very unsafe to drive in while in these conditions. A resident came out to help us and says this happens all the time. What a red flag! Besides from that experience we enjoyed the home.

Perfect getaway!

My partner and I needed a getaway from the city. I was able to book this place within a week of us traveling. Anne made the process so easy for us. The house is GORGEOUS, views are amazing, everything was clean, and there are great restaurants and hiking trails within 20 minutes. Anne was wonderful with communicating with us and ensured we had everything we needed. We will definitely be booking with her again in the future!

What a great house!

We did a Cousins' Trip over the weekend and there were 8 adults and 1 child. There was PLENTY of space; the house is enormous! Easy access to groceries, restaurants and a hop, skip, and a jump to our boat rental on Grand Lake. Anne was super responsive when I needed to get in touch with her (door lock battery was dead, needed more TP) and a great host. Loved this house, would recommend a million times over!

Perfect stay

This property was located within a picturesque neighborhood. One of the cleanest, well stocked and comfortable places I have stayed at. Anne was available to answer questions at all times. This house is cosy and yet accommodated all of us comfortably. Kids had a blast in the basement playing foosball and video games. Great access to RMNP and trails around.

Great stay in Granby

Beautiful home in a great location in Granby Colorado. Convenient to town and shops and sight-seeing. Our family stayed here for a wedding in the area and there were enough beds - and bathrooms! - for everyone, plus large kitchen and dining room. Anne was easy to work with and quick to respond to concerns.

Perfect Get-away

Looking for a peaceful, quiet getaway? This is the perfect place. Slept with the windows open (in July!). And the stars at night are amazing. Kitchen table fit a family for dinner and games that made lasting memories. Saw deer and a fox that made us feel like we were in the midst of nature.

Destination Wedding

This beautiful mountain home in Granby gets my recommendation! It was perfect for my family while we visited for a gorgeous mountain top wedding. The host was easy to contact and very accommodating, the home was picture perfect! Walk in ready, plenty of room, easy check in and out. The only hard thing is I hated leaving it.

Motorcycling The Rockies

We used the Birch house as our base for biking in the area, and it very nice. The furnishings and beds were comfortable, and plentiful for our 8 guests. The kitchen is modern and supplied with good quality housewares and appliances. There was plenty of room at the large kitchen table for all of us to play cards. Aside from the practicality, the place is beautiful. We’ve rented many VRBOs, and I honestly can’t remember a more accommodating host than Anne.

Great Large Family House

This property was great for our large family and we had a great time spring skiing! It was easy to check in and the house had all we needed to make dinners. I would heed the warning of 4-wheel/all wheel drive vehicles to get up to the house seriously.
