Enjoy bluebird sky days in this cozy condo nestled in the heart of Granby Ranch secluded from noise and traffic. Perfect for a couples getaway, snuggle up near the gas fireplace during those cold nights in the winter or enjoy the beautiful summer sunsets while lounging on the covered patio. Ground floor access and private parking make for a convenient check-in, especially after a full day on the slopes at Granby Ranch Ski Resort. Plus, with free WiFi, a full kitchen, and plenty of room to spread out, you will have no trouble feeling right at home as you visit Bluebird Skies year after year.

The Kicking Horse Lodges complex offers a community grill and hot tub. This condo is near Granby Ranch boasting skiing, hiking, mountain biking, fly fishing, golf, and the Granby Ranch Grill. Also, conveniently located between Winter Park and Grand Lake you can enjoy a 30-minute drive south to Winter Park Ski Resort or 30 minutes north to Rocky Mountain National Park in Grand Lake.

We liked the; comfy bed, stocked kitchen, cable TV on both TV's, quiet, parking right outside the door, several restaurants and stores within 5 miles. We didn't like the extremely bright bedroom after sunrise. The only issue with cleanliness was the spiderweb in some corners, and above the living room TV.

Cozy ski-in/ski-out

Short walk across 2 small condo parking lots to the Kicking Horse run for easy ski-in/ski-out access. Was able to come back for lunch with my 12 yr old then back out to finish the afternoon skiing. Condo has a Keurig machine for hot chocolate and coffee, but I couldn’t find any pods in the cabinets. Fine to not provide, but maybe just note in details to bring along. Also appears to have small community hot tub for building, but no instructions or access key to be able to use.

Was very pleased with the location and price of the condo. Was very clean, internet was fast checking in and out was easy! Loved having the washer and dryer and bed was comfy! The only issues we had is the heat wouldn’t go above 65 and the fireplace needed maintenance so we couldn’t use it which was sad. And the hot water wasn’t enough to fill the jacuzzi up But overall we were very pleased

The listing on VRBO regarding the on site hot tub is totally misleading and there is no access to it. The management company Vacasa also fails to admit this when calling customer service.

great mountain getaway

This unit was spotlessly clean, well-appointed, and thoughtfully equipped. There were hooks to hang clothes on, lights that actually worked for reading by seats & by the bed, the kitchen had everything we needed, and there were two TV's. Literally everything worked well (windows, blinds, appliances, etc). We'd definitely stay here again!

Great Mountain Getaway

Well appointed property. It had almost everything we needed/expected. Great location and views! My only complaint was that there were not any k-cups for the Keurig and the hot tub in front said it was open until 10pm, but was always closed before 9pm. I could have easily picked up some k-cups at the nearby grocery store, but we only needs a few. There are some great little local coffee shops which were great to visit.

All the comforts of home

This is a well maintained, clean and comfortable ground level unit with all the comforts of home. We appreciated the kitchen with a nice, basic selection of pots and pans, the comfortable furniture throughout the place plus wi-fi and streaming options to bridge the couple of rainy days with the mostly sunny ones this summer. We look forward to our next stay.

Granby Ranch is such a perfect little ski community, with a friendly culture and no lines. And this place was truly ski in, ski-out — just about a two block walk from your front door to the slopes. We’ll be back!
