After a long day of play, relax in one of the two Kicking House Condo hot tubs. The Granby Ranch resort amenities (skiing, biking trails, fishing, swim, clubhouse) are a separate fee paid to the resort at the Ranch Hall building.
The space
This amazing ground level unit has amazing views. 2 bed / 2 bath sleeps 6 with a queen size sofa bed. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom with a double vanity sinks. Updated furnishings and countertops make this unit feel cozy and relaxing. Warm up by gas fireplace or soak in one of the Kicking Horse hot tubs after a hard day of play. Full size washer and dryer in the unit, Wi-Fi and cable TV included. All shades are cordless lift for child safety. Blackout shades in the bedrooms will have you sleeping in as late as you want!
Guest access
Daily guest passes to the Ranch Hall pool and hot tubs are available form$10 per person / per day. Children under 8 are free. Guests must provide proof of reservations at the club house.

Resort amenities are a separate cost paid by the renter to the resort. These amenities include:

Beautiful Lake Granby is also a 25 min short drive up the road. A definite must see!
