At McAdams Properties, we pride ourselves on providing amazing vacation experiences! We are located remotely, but will be happy to connect with you via email, text or phone anytime to ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay. We also have local resources standing by, if needed.
Located just 25 minutes past Winter Park on highway 40, Granby Ranch is one of Colorado's best kept secrets. We chose this location due to the significant number of activities available year-round and the relaxing atmosphere due to the absence of large crowds found at the larger resorts. Whether it's skiing, tubing, biking, golfing, fishing or just kicking back and relaxing, you can find it all here in Granby Ranch.

Guests will have access to everything that our home has to offer! Upgraded finishes, cozy furnishings, towels and linens. Parking for one vehicle is available in the heated garage below the complex. A storage locker for ski or and golf equipment is available for your use in the locker room on the first level. The kitchen, all living & sleeping areas and balcony are available for your full use.
There is a community fire pit and seating area outside the condo building that is available for use. There are also community grills by the fire pit.
The community Ranch Hall, located next to the condo complex, is available for guest use and features a heated pool and hot tub that are available year-round. You will need to purchase a daily guest pass at the pool for $20 per person/per day. Children 8 and under are free. For a pass to be issued you must provide proof that you are staying in this home. The welcome email or the confirmation email, showing the address, should suffice. Granby Ranch requires a paid day pass and signed waiver for guest use of the community Ranch Hall and community trails. See their website for details.
Step inside to a warm and welcoming space, complete vaulted ceilings, a gas fireplace, cozy seating, and slope-facing balcony views. The open-concept layout includes a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, ideal for sharing meals after a day on the trails or the slopes. The condoâs thoughtful touchesâlike board games, cozy bedding, and coffee optionsâhelp make your stay feel like home.
The real magic lies just outside your door. In winter, ski-in/ski-out access means youâre never far from your next run, while summer offers mountain biking, hiking, four miles of fishing on the Fraser River, and live concerts. Watch the action from your private balcony or walk to nearby gear rentals, golf, and dining.
Your stay includes access to community amenities at The Ranch Hall like a pool, hot tub, fitness center, and game room, so thereâs something for everyoneâwhether youâre chasing adventure or just want to unwind (The Ranch Hall requires a paid daily pass per person).
