A house with character in the Albacin neighborhood. Excellent restaurants nearby, but a bit distant from city center. Lots of interesting little quirks in the house. Cold AC.

La casa esta muy biem. Con unas vistas maravillosas pero es para 7 personas. El sofa cama esta en el salon donde entra muchisima luz y es un sofa cama muy incomodo. Las almohadas bastante incomodas. Por lo demas una sitacion inmejorable y una casa preciosa. Estela la persona de contacto muy servicial

Difficult property to stay in

The pictures of the courtyard are very outdated. It’s an overgrown jungle of all the same plants blocking the minimal walkways and steps down. The last day we were there my friend took a fall because the plants blocked the steps. She injured her shoulder. The plants are so dirty and dusty. The underground parking is very very dark
barely any light. Difficult locking system on the outside gate and main large door. There is only one decent room/suite in the house that is on the main level of the apartment but the apartment itself is 2 very tall stories up. My friend and I slept in the basement. My room was like a cave. You could not open the shuttters in either bedroom as there were layers of blinds and exterior doors. The bedding on the queen bed was so old. The pillows were ready for the trash

very expensive apartment and very misleading description. It was in a very good district. Amazing views of the Alhambra. Would not stay here again.

Gorgeous old building, fresh modern apartment

This was our second visit to the same apartment. Great location, great place. The best of Granada is in sight or in walking distance. There’s a little market in the block and a bunch of restaurants. The house is clean, quiet, romantic, and even a big group feels like each room has privacy. Don’t bring a car if you can avoid it (you won’t use it in town) but there is a little garage. My only complaint is communication surrounding parking. It’s in a historic neighborhood where parking is near impossible but the house has an underground garage (still a challenge! It’s narrow!). We were intending to use it, then a couple days ahead we were emailed that the park was unavailable and the old town completely closed for the whole week due to Semana Santa. We looked up the exact road closures ourselves and successfully made it to the neighborhood to drop stuff off but thought they wouldn’t give us the garage code, then the person who actually checked us in gave us the codes and told us that we should park there (after our driver found a garage). It was an unnecessary hassle.

Delightful stay

We loved our stay here. Only recommendation would be to add more pictures or more details on the single-twin beds with the shelves over the bed which wouldn’t work well for adults .

Perfect

We had 7 people staying at this location, 4 adults 3 teens and we had plenty of room. Location was within walking distance to everything. We did not park at the location but parked In a public lot 20 min walking distance away. Our vehicles were larger and harder to navigate the narrow streets. Again, everything is within walking distance so once we parked our vehicles we did not need to use them again until it was time to leave. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Het appartement is kleiner dan verwacht en de bedden zijn kort. Maximaal 7 persoons appartement. Vriendelijke hier en de taxiservice naar de Sierra Nevada was top.

Lovely home in a superb lication

Tastefully decorated with a view of the Alhambra and space for a crowd! Cozy peaceful feeling with just a hint of local character. Lots of restaurants just a stone’s throw away and the rambling cobblestone streets of Albaicin out the back door. Just across from the foot road to the Alhambra, or a lovely 5 mi. Walk to plaza nueva. The kitchen is small but complete. A small park is available but we did not move the car even once - we didn’t really need it to explore the town and the narrow streets packed with pedestrians were no fun to navigate. Wonderful place, we hope to return one day!

Beautiful property.

Everything was great. The only thing I'd recommend is that you not try to park in their garage unless you have a tiny car and the patience of Job. The only driving instructions we were given were to take Avenida de ConstituciĂłn to Calle Elvira to Plaza Nueva to Carerra del dare and then to Calle Espino. There were no other instructions. I've walked that area many times in the past but had never driven it. We were driving down from the Alhambra and the GPS was not helpful - it took us down a dead end street and told us to walk from there. It was frustrating. The person who was massaging me from Chezmoi homes via WhatsApp was as unhelpful as the GPS. When I said we were having difficulty getting to the route, he or she just said "Yes that is why not using the GPS route" and re-stated which roads I should be on. As I explained that I knew the route but couldn't get to it, he/she re-wrote the same instructions line by line. When we finally got to Calle Elvira there was a post in the middle of the road. It was dark and there were cars behind us so we turned off. The person that was messaging me said we were supposed to drive up to the post and that it would be lowered and that was why we had given them the car information the day before. Only problem is, NO ONE TOLD US THAT. It would have been really helpful if we had know. The message response was "Ah my bad, that's why we needed your details." Other than the debacle of taking over an hour to drive to the place, which was a 15 minute walk from Alhambra, the apartment was lovely.
