The Deckhouse at Aerie`s Resort, located only 200 feet from Main Street in downtown Grafton, offers Mississippi River views and comfortable accommodations. The Deckhouse offers 11 rooms located on a small bluff above Main Street. Walk to bars and river. Single king bed options only with 2 ADA handicap accessible rooms.

Each room has a king bed, shower/tub, and a kitchenette with a coffee maker, mini fridge, and microwave. There are also two ADA accessible rooms available. Relax in a home away from home with easy access to Grafton shopping, restaurants and businesses!

Aerie`s Resort offers a variety of overnight rooms all located in Grafton, Illinois —less than 1 hour from St. Louis, MO and under 2 hours away from Springfield, IL. Our rooms are standard hotel style and offer an abundance of amenities. We have rooms located up on our hill above Grafton, and located on Main Street offering spectacular river views and walking access to downtown shops and restaurants. No Smoking: This is a strictly non-smoking property (including vaping)
No Parties or Events: Quiet hours are from 10 PM – 7 AM
Occupancy Limits: Only registered guests are allowed on the property
Pets: No pets allowed unless approved in advance
Cleanliness: Please keep the space tidy and report any spills or damages
Trash: Dispose of trash in designated bins before check-out
Parking: Use designated parking areas only
Respect the Property: Treat the home as you would your own
