The accommodation is located in Gradara, a town on the border between Marche and Emilia Romagna, a 10-minute drive from the beaches of Gabicce Mare and Cattolica and a 23-minute drive from Pesaro. The area is full of services such as bars, restaurants and supermarkets. The apartment is located in a ZTL and consists of a bedroom, a living room, a kitchenette and a bathroom.

The internal space is organized as follows:

The closest beaches such as those of Cattolica and Gabicce Mare are a 10-minute drive away, while the beaches of Pesaro can be reached in 25 minutes by car. - From Ancona airport: the apartment can be reached in 50 minutes by car;

- From Pesaro station, the apartment can be reached in 20 minutes by car;

- From Cattolica station, go to the XX Settembre Chiesa S.Pio bus stop (5 minutes on foot) and take bus 130 to the Gradara stop, a 5-minute walk from the accommodation.
