- What is the bedding configuration?
Bedroom 1 features a king bed; Bedrooms 2 and 3 each have a queen bed; and Bedroom 4 includes two bunk beds (Single/bottom, Single/top). We supply high-quality linen and fresh towels for all guests.
- What consumables are provided?
We include a starter kit: coffee, tea, sugar, olive oil, salt/pepper, paper towel, hand/body wash, toilet paper, dishwashing liquid, laundry liquid.
- How and when will I receive the address & key code?
Once your booking is confirmed, you’ll receive arrival instructions by email. Your unique door code and check-in details are sent 48 hours before arrival.
- Is the property pet-friendly?
No — pets are NOT allowed.
- Are children welcome / is there a cot or highchair?
Children are welcome. Cot can be provided upon request for a small fee, and a highchair is available free of charge.
- Is smoking allowed?
No, smoking is not permitted.
- Parking details?
Onsite secure parking is available to guests.
- Where are the bedrooms located?
Bedroom 1 is located on the second floor, while Bedrooms 2, 3, and 4 are located on the ground floor.
- What bathroom facilities are available in the property?
The property has two bathrooms. Bedroom 1 includes an ensuite (upstairs) with a walk-in wardrobe, hangers, shower, and toilet. Bathroom 2 (ground floor) is shared and features a shower and toilet, with 24/7 hot water available.
- Is the property accessible for guests with limited mobility?
The property may not be fully suitable for guests with limited mobility, as the second living area, kitchen, dining table, and Bedroom 1 are located on the second floor and are accessible only by stairs.

👉 PLEASE NOTE: Light landscaping works are underway at The Surf Nook. It shouldn`t affect your stay, though a few sections of the garden may look unfinished during this period. Thank you for your understanding!

Tents, boats, campers, caravans, swags, sleeping bags are not permitted on or to be used at the property during a booking.
Bin collection is Tuesday morning — kindly place bins by the roadside on Monday night.
Properties are professionally cleaned prior to your booking but please note that prior to your departure you are required to:
- Put all furniture back in its original positions
- All dishes are to be cleaned, dried and put back in their appropriate places.
- All food and rubbish were removed and put in the external bins.
- BBQ turned off after use.
- Fridge – food removed, and shelves wiped.
