Guest access
Guests are able to access anything on the property except for a private storage room. A huge outside deck, fire pit area, game room plus all the rooms in the house are yours to enjoy!

★ House Rules ★

* This is a private gated community. Registration form will be sent upon booking.
* Out driveway can accommodate ~ 6 vehicles
* There is a speed limit within the community, following speed limit is mandatory or there can be a fine issued by the security that you will be responsible for
* If a ticket/citation is issued during the duration of your stay, you and your group WILL be responsible for paying it.
* No fireworks/flying lanterns within the community.
* Pet fee is $40 per pet, per night
* Trash/recycling must be brought to the community dumpster located by the front gate of the community, otherwise there will be a fine.
* Guests use amenities at their own risk.
* Please leave the house in the same condition as found
* Please clean up the BBQ after you are done using it, otherwise there is a $30 cleaning fee
* There is a $35 fee for each lost remote control
* No loud music on the outside (please be mindful of our neighbors)
* Maximum amount of guests allowed as per community regulations is 12 (Children under 3 do not count)
* Please take your shoes off in the house to help us maintain cleanliness for you
* Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times
* SMOKING: Please no smoking in the house at any time! If you smoke outside, please keep the perimeter clean.
* Generally we do not accept large groups of under 25 years old. Smaller groups will require an upfront deposit depending on the group size and age.
