Cute residential neighborhood a short drive from grocery stores, restaurants and the highway.
Getting Around:
Cars are highly recommended for getting around the Poconos. Taxis/Ubers are available, but not prevalent.
Other Things to Note:
IMPORTANT COMMUNITY INFORMATION:
- ALL Renters must check-in at the security gate prior to going to the house. The security gate address will be provided after booking.
- Every booking requires the submission of a renter permit to the HOA at least 72 hours prior to check-in.
- Amenity passes must be purchased for community access; costs vary by age and day.
- All guests, except children, must show their driver's license to security for entry.
- Minimum age requirement of 25 years old.
- Maximum of 12 day guests total, regardless of age, 8 overnight guests.- Please keep outside noise to reasonable levels.
- Well-behaved dogs allowed on a case-by-case basis for an additional fee of $75.
We love to keep our property in pristine condition. In order to do so, we ask you to pick between two property protection options for your stay. A fully refundable security deposit of $499 or a damage waiver of $39. A link will be sent post-booking to complete.
