Our family of 10 absolutely loved this house. It was very warm and homey from the moment we walked through the door. Every room was spotless, very clean and tidy. My 3 children loved the play space on the bottom level. It was perfect for family game night and movies on our projector! Every bed was comfortable with plush warm bedding. The fireplace was a cozy spot for those cooler mornings. Keurig and coffee pot were convenient to have. The house was close to most activities. Farthest was a 20 minute drive to the Dutch Apple Theater. Dutch Wonderland and Strasburg Railroad were both 10 minutes away. Our holiday family weekend was enjoyed by all at this beautiful home. Thank you so much for making our stay special. The yogurt and granola was delicious that the owners left for us. Only thing we would recommend is having a high chair for infants. Overall, an amazing stay and we will definitely be back!

The Hoober home is absolutely gorgeous! Our eight family members enjoyed everything; each room was spacious, beautifully decorated with more than enough beds for everyone. We will definitely use Suzanne and her homes again!

My friends and I were celebrating 50 yrs of friendship and enjoyed the house for 4 days and 3 nights. The house is conveniently located to everything and it was great watching the Amish horse and buggies passing the house on a daily basis. The house is amazing and so beautiful, huge bedrooms and most have their own bathrooms attached. Beautiful deck where you can take it all in. We were actually sad that we were leaving.

We absolutely loved this property. The house was clean, the towels were nice, the pictures captured the essence of the property! Loved the extra touches - like the homemade yougurt, granola, coffee and syrup selections. Very nice extras captured in this piece of heaven!

The property was perfect. The rooms were large and had everything we needed. We hosted my daughter’s bridesmaids here. The only issue is there is no bathroom for the basement bedroom. And we were short wash clothes. I had to fold the laundry in the dryer to get enough.

We loved this property it was very clean and had plenty of space. For our group of a mix of family and friends there was plenty of space to separate for quite time The upstairs was hot we did call and they sent someone out to change the filter but even with the cool temperatures outside it stayed warm upstairs. My only other complaint would be the lack of closet space to hang clothes. There are no closets in the rooms to hang clothes in but there was a few hooks in the entry way we used to hang our wedding clothes. Loved the location and loved the space outside to sit and relax. Did not use the hot tub.

A great place to stay. We had to change the number of days and the hosts were excellent in supporting us. The location is right in the middle of everything we needed. We were here for a wedding, and we were 3 minutes away from the venue. The house is spacious, clean, and has great amenities including an unexpected hot tub! The common areas really allowed for us to have great family time with extended family, either in the kitchen or in the living room. Highly recommend this location.

Beautiful home

This was a family weekend vacay. There were 11 of us. Four kids and 7 adults . The website did not do this property justice. No complaints. It was more than we hoped for. And an extra star for no TV. We really enjoyed being together without the distractions. Beautifully furnished as well.

Beautiful, welcoming home

The house was perfect for our family of 15. Each family having its own bathroom was really nice. We enjoyed the outdoor fire, and the big yard was great for hiding Easter eggs. The location was close to all the activities we wanted to see. Hope to visit again!!

Stayed to visit family in the area. After a lot of driving with a large family, a rental house can add stress upon arrival if it is dirty or poorly appointed. The house can also bring a peaceful exhale if it is nicely appointed and clean
