Casa Olivia Beautiful cave house, within the Unesco Geopark of Granada.

The cave is a natural underground, sustainable and bioclimatic house with between approximately 15 and 23 degrees C all year round.
Renovated with a lot of love mixing the old with the modern, I have created a cozy and zen atmosphere. It is very cozy in summer as well as in winter. It is a mountain place and with its 1200 m a.s.l. It is a less hot area in summer than many other places due to its geography and at night it cools well.
It is 1 km from the village and located between Baza and Guadix.
The space
Casa Olivia is located in the magical town ''GOR'', recently added to the network of Magical Towns of Spain.
It is in a quiet and authentic area, in a neighborhood called "the Caves of Almeria".
Only the daring will discover this little hidden gem right on the edge of the Sierra de Baza Natural Park. It is located in the middle of nature with the Gor River at its feet, the Gor hill in front and the village 1 km away. Gor, located in the region of Guadix, is a quiet village that has a bakery, butcher, pharmacy, mini supermarket and some tapas bars. It is an authentic area. The views from the accommodation are fabulous and nothing is more sensational than observing the constellations of the stars one of these magical nights during your stay.
Casa Olivia, hand-chopped for more than 300 years, is now a renovated cave house where lots of natural light enters, a natural dwelling brought up to date, which transmits peace and tranquility and has everything you need for a comfortable holiday.
The province of Granada with the Unesco Global Geopark of Granada and its beautiful villages, such as Gor, hide a lot of beauty and authenticity and is still terrain to explore.
The environment invites you to relax, meditate, enjoy the fauna and flora or do sports such as cycling, running, water activities in the Negratín reservoir and many more.
There are also many tourist attractions within a radius of 25 km such as the Geopark of Granada, Guadix, Baza, Goráfe, La Calahora near Guadix and 45 min. is the fascinating city of Granada.
Casa Olivia is much more than you expect, just open the front door, you perceive that it is a special, cozy, magical place and very different from the ordinary.
