Hot Tub Access is optional. The hot tub is an extra expense to maintain and service. If you would like to use the hot tub, here is the fee schedule: 1 night=$80, 2 nights = 130, 3 nights = 180, 4 nights = 230, 5 nights = 280, 6-7 nights = 360, 8-14 nights = 490, 15-30 nights = 890. No partial stay payments are allowed. So if your reservation is for 1 week, you cannot choose to only pay for the hot tub for 2 nights. If you want to use the hot tub I can add it to your reservation and I will send you a payment request.
I’m so excited to share my new home with you. Come and enjoy this 2800 sqft home with 4 bedrooms, 3 baths, a fully stocked kitchen and the most wonderful living area you can imagine! Spacious deck that wraps all the way around the house with a BBQ grill. Fire ring in the back yard and a wonderful year round view of the lake.
The living room features a beautiful octagonal arch out with comfortable seating and a massive native stone fireplace. Enjoy the flat screen tv with Roku streaming channels available while seated on the comfy crescent sofa, or perhaps challenge your pool playing partner to a friendly game on the professional 9’ custom pool table.
Do you want more games? The game floor also features PlayStation 4 with games, DVDs, a Blackjack 3 player vs. the house cocktail table video game, a beautiful 4 player game table that also converts to poker or roulette, a 2 person table for chess, checkers and puzzles, a dart board, a high-top table with 2 chairs, a library of books and games and a professional 9’ pool table with a rack for both 8 ball and 9 ball! Nobody gets bored here!
The Kitchen is open to the dinette and living room and is adequately stocked with plates, silverware, cookware and everything you need to keep everybody fueled for their vacation. Yes you can relax because there is a dishwasher and a full sized refrigerator. Get your morning started with a cup of coffee from the Keurig single serve coffee maker!
The Master bedroom features a wonderfully comfortable King bed. It features calming baby blues and forest greens and will provide a wonderful place for you to rest. The ensuite bath features dual sinks, shower and a jacuzzi tub big enough for 2 persons.
The main floor has the primary bedroom with it’s ensuite bath and also a guest bedroom with a queen bed. Across the hall from the guest bedroom is the guest bathroom.
Downstairs in the basement (aka game floor) is a bedrooms with a king bed and and another bedroom with two twin beds. There is also a full bathroom with a shower and a full sized washer/dryer.
If you want seeping for a 9th person, they can sleep on the couch. It does not fold out, but is long and comfortable. Sheets can be found in the hallway closet.
The house sits on a .80 acre lot but it feels like 1.5 acres because of the Corps of Engineers land between the house and the lake. It’s like having your own beautiful forest in the backyard. Come in the spring and enjoy the dogwood trees and the redbuds!
Outside in the front and back you have a large yard to enjoy and also you have access to the lake so what else can you ask for? The neighborhood is nice and quiet. We have quite a few full time residents, so be respectful and don’t do anything that would disturb them.
The neighborhood is very cool. We have THE TABLE ROCK AIRPORT just a mile away and at the airport you want to make sure to check out the DEPOT DINER. People who live along the runway have their own airplane hangars. It’s quite a site to see. If you would like, you can fly into the airport to get to the house!
Of course because of the lake we have countless lake fun things to do and I’m sure you are aware of that. However, there are so many things nearby that I want to share with you. I’ll organize them by how close they are to the house…
