As you enter Rockhaven, large windows frame breathtaking lake views in every direction. The open-concept living area includes a sectional sofa, two modern side chairs, a wall-mounted television, and a large collection of movies and games. A dedicated workspace and reading nook with an egg chair provide quiet places to relax or work remotely.

The dining area seats 7 to 8 and flows into a newly updated kitchen featuring stone backsplash, granite counters, and stainless steel appliances. A full bathroom with a tub and shower combo is also located on the main level.

Upstairs, a loft-style sleeping area offers two queen beds, separated by cedar privacy walls, and a convenient half bath. Just beyond is a spacious bedroom with a king bed, two twin beds, a reading space, and a private balcony overlooking the lake.

Outdoor Living
Step outside onto the expansive deck, complete with a dining table, lounge seating, and a large griddle—ideal for preparing breakfast or dinner with a view. The fenced backyard includes a large fire pit area with ample firewood provided.

In the garage, you’ll find even more fun for the whole group, including a ping pong table, foosball table, basketball arcade game, and other yard toys. Please note, while clean, the garage is a functional space and not maintained like the interior.

The property offers direct hiking access to the lake just behind the home. For easier water access or launching watercraft, the newly renovated Kings River public boat launch is just a mile away and includes ample parking.
