The property is almost 50 years old and wasn't renovated since then. Some doors don't keep closed, other doors squeak with every move and everything looks in general disrepair. We stayed in the family apartment that is actually above the owner's and we listened to snoring every night. The shower hose was damaged when we arrived and it burst open towards the end of our visit, making everything in the bathroom wet and the shower unusable. Dogs and a cat of the owner regularly visit the kitchen and my daughter found dog hair in her breakfast. The breakfast consisted mostly of the cheapest Spar brand stuff but it was very expensive - âŹ17 per person. Despite the price, it was the same every day and except for the first day, we were not asked what we wanted or if we need anything during the breakfast. The property is also accessible only through Goldegg - despite what GPS says, it's not possible to drive the short road from Lend to Boden, so expect 15-20 minutes drive every morning just to get to the main road.
