Nebesa’s Kookaburra Cabin is a peaceful retreat in Mudgeeraba, with your own private Sauna and Ice-bath, surrounded by 5 acres of bushland, perfect for relaxing and enjoying nature while being only a stone's throw from town.

This cabin blends modern amenities with rustic charm, featuring a queen bed and a sofa bed, comfortably accommodating up to 4 guests. The bathroom includes a bathtub and separate shower, with eco-friendly bath and cleaning products. Linens, towels, fans, and air conditioning are provided.

The cabin includes a private kitchenette, private Ice-bath & Infared Sauna, personal BBQ, and access to a shared outdoor kitchen, BBQ, and fire pit. Relax under the stars around the fire, while spotting wildlife like kookaburras, cockatoos, kangaroos, and wallabies.

For those seeking additional relaxation, on-site treatments are available, including Reiki, massage, and mindful movement sessions.


The property is surrounded by wildlife, with sightings of king parrots, cockatoos, magpies, lorikeets, kangaroos, wallabies, and lizards common in the area.


Though quiet and peaceful, the cabin is just 10 minutes from town, offering easy access to local cafes, restaurants, and nearby attractions, such as Springbrook National Park. Mountain breezes and plenty of airflow ensure a refreshing atmosphere, with beautiful views that stretch from the hinterland to the coast.

Please be aware that the Burleigh area is currently experiencing ongoing construction as part of the Gold Coast Light Rail expansion project. This work is taking place throughout Burleigh Heads and surrounding areas and may result in:

While this is outside of our control, we want to ensure guests are fully informed prior to booking. The project is expected to enhance transport access to Burleigh once complete, but in the meantime, minor disruptions may be present.
