This Burleigh Beach 2 bedroom apartment on the 13th floor, is a centrally located, ocean view apartment for your whole family to enjoy.
The property is located across from the famous burleigh heads beach and burleigh point, where you will have amazing ocean views, and a short walk across the road to the beach, as well as nearby shopping locations, restaurants, bars and more!
You will love staying in this centrally located place....
Please note there is works going on, on the road outside the property due the light rail going in.
This should not be an inconvenience to your stay. They will be working during the night as well.

Please be aware that the Burleigh area is currently experiencing ongoing construction as part of the Gold Coast Light Rail expansion project. This work is taking place throughout Burleigh Heads and surrounding areas and may result in:
âȘïž Increased noise during daytime hours
âȘïž Changed traffic conditions or detours
âȘïž General construction activity near some properties
While this is outside of our control, we want to ensure guests are fully informed prior to booking. The project is expected to enhance transport access to Burleigh once complete, but in the meantime, minor disruptions may be present.
Weâve priced our properties competitively during this period to reflect these temporary conditions. If you have any concerns, please reach out before booking â weâre happy to provide more details.
