Sunrise Sea 8 offers the perfect beachside escape in the heart of Coolangatta.
Offering 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and secure parking for one car, plus resort facilities including tropical swimming pool and BBQ area surrounded by lush gardens, this is perfect for your next family holiday.
The unit features a cool open plan living area with reverse cycle air-conditioning, comfortable sofa bed lounge (perfect for kids or overnight visitors), and dining for 6.
Thereâs also a smart TV and unlimited Wi-Fi for guests to enjoy.
Step outside to the covered balcony, equipped with comfy furnishings and tropical garden views.
The kitchen is well equipped (no dishwasher), with everything you need to cook and entertain on holidays and plenty or bench and storage space.
The unit offers two bedrooms - master bedroom with queen bed, walk in robe, ensuite with shower and toilet and access to the rear courtyard patio.
The second bedroom provides 2 single beds and both rooms have ceiling fans.
There is also a main bathroom with bathtub, shower and toilet, and laundry with washing machine and dryer.
Unit 8 is on the ground floor with approximately 7 steps up from the path. There is secure underground parking for one car.
Sunrise Sea is in a fantastic location in the heart of Coolangatta with a range of cafes, restaurants, specialty stores on offer and only a 600m walk to Coolangatta Surf Club and beach.

Keys are to be collected from and returned to our office, 76 Griffith St, Coolangatta. Our office is an approximate 3 minute drive south of the property and 6 minute drive south of the GC Airport

Holiday properties are equipped with blankets/ doonas and pillows and protectors, however please remember to bring your own personal linen including sheets, pillow cases, towels and tea towels. Linen can be hired at a reasonable cost; we will provide details once your booking is confirmed. We also suggest you bring with you soaps, dishwashing liquid, toilet paper etc.
