This modern 2 bedroom unit is in an excellent position, across the road from a patrolled beach, Mermaid Beach Surf Life Saving Club and a coffee shop one of the best coffees in Mermaid Beach . Complex has pool. The unit is close to the newly renovated Pacific Fair Shopping Centre, restaurants and the Convention Centre. Ground floor open plan living area plus a a large patio. Roof Top Sauna, BBQ facilities, security parking and lift in complex. New Kitchen, dishwasher, New Bathrooms, washing machine, dryer and DVD player. ACCOM 4

Holiday properties are equipped with blankets/doonas and pillows and protectors, however please remember to bring your own personal linen including sheets, pillow cases, towels and tea towels.
We can organise linen hire, the linen pack will be delivered to the property for your arrival and collected on departure. Also available for hire cots, baby needs and beach towels.
Please note on your booking if you require linen hire or contact our office with your requirements.
No parties or mass gatherings are allowed in or at any of our properties.

âȘïž General construction activity near some properties
While this is outside of our control, we want to ensure guests are fully informed prior to booking. The project is expected to enhance transport access to Burleigh once complete, but in the meantime, minor disruptions may be present.
