Welcome to Pacific Gables 8, a fully renovated 2-bedroom unit, located on the absolute beachfront in Tugun. With no roads to cross and direct beach access, this is sure to become a family favourite!
The unit is located on the first floor and has been tastefully renovated throughout, offering a comfortable space to relax and unwind.
There are 2 bedrooms â master with king bed and ensuite, second bedroom with 2 single beds.
Both bedrooms feature ceiling fans, built-in wardrobes and stunning ocean views and breezes, so you can watch sunrise over the water from bed and fall asleep to the sound of the waves crashing.
Thereâs also a full-size bathroom with laundry facilities including washing machine and dryer, and separate toilet.
The loungeroom has been designed to capitalise on the stunning views, with a comfy couch facing the ocean and wall mounted smart TV with Wi-Fi. Thereâs also a single day bed, which is perfect for kids or an overnight visitor.
There is a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and you can enjoy meals inside, or step out to your private beachfront balcony, which is the perfect spot to sit back and relax.
Pacific Gables 8 also offers a single lockup garage which also has room for bikes and boards.
Pacific Gables 8 is located on the absolute beachfront, step out of the living room and across the lawn to the beach!
The Oceanway footpath is right on your doorstep, offering a short, easy walk or ride to Tugun Village or a scenic journey into Coolangatta/ Rainbow Bay to the south.

Keys are to be collected from and returned to our office, 76 Griffith St, Coolangatta. Our office is an approximate 9 minute drive south of the property and 6 minute drive south of the GC Airport
Linen
Linen is not provided at this property. Holiday properties are equipped with blankets/ doonas and pillows and protectors, however please remember to bring your own personal linen including sheets, pillow cases, towels and tea towels. Linen can be hired at a reasonable cost; we will provide details once your booking is confirmed. We also suggest you bring with you soaps, dishwashing liquid, toilet paper etc.
