Not only the apartment has panoramic ocean views during the day but also at night the promenade on the beach is all lit up enabling the guests to see the waves and all the entertainment, fireworks (available certain times throughout the year) and night markets (available on certain days) are all just across the road from the apartment.

During this time, there may be increased noise, restricted access to certain areas, and temporary changes to entry points. Most access will be via the basement lifts, and the driveway and car park entrance will be closed for a short period in November.
