Extra Bed: A double-size pull-out sofa bed is available in the living room for extra guests. To request this bed, please ensure your reservation is made for 3 or 4 guests. Use of the sofa bed incurs an additional cost for bedding and must be booked for the entire stay.

Apartment Condition: As the property is regularly enjoyed by guests, some areas may show minor signs of wear and tear but remain fully functional.
Construction Notice: There is ongoing construction across the street which is nearing completion. Some intermittent noise may occur. We recommend keeping doors and windows closed to help minimise disturbance.
Nature and Pest Control: Australia is a nature-rich country, and occasional insects are inevitable despite our regular professional pest control. Insect spray is provided in the apartment for your use. Should you encounter an unusual amount of pests, please contact us so we can assist.

The room was amazing, no complaints. My only suggestion is to increase the amount of cutlery, as there qas only 2 teaspoons. Also the air-conditioning units were a little noisy. Other then these minor things, everything was fantastic. We will definitely stay again.

Short stay

Great northerly view (30th floor) & communal pool. Lifts quick & car parking situation convenient. Property clean though couches need refreshed (renewed). Bed is good size (king) & comfortable but very low to the ground. Toaster wasn’t working. A couple more lamps for soft lighting needed. Good shower & bathroom very clean & new.
