If you're not completely satisfied with the cleanliness of your apartment upon arrival, we'll arrange for a cleaner to address the issue within 6 hours.

Any cleaning-related concerns must be reported to the host within 6 hours of check-in for resolution. Failure to allow remediation will result in no refund.

The house is professionally cleaned after each stay and is expected to be left clean and tidy upon checkout.

Any additional cleaning costs or damages will be the responsibility of the guest.

Good location for our access to medical facilities. There was no hot water available in 2 days of our stay. Although clean the apartment had obvious signs of wear & tear & the oven had not been cleaned, cooktop did not work. Tiles on the verandah were broken & unsightly. Lounge had stains on it. Towels provided were very thin & uncomfortable to use. Access to lift was difficult as communication on which fob to use was not advised & no assistance was provided by the building manager who was rude when we asked for assistance.
