The accommodation was good, opposite beach and supermarkets were in the next block. Apartment and bathrooms very clean however the space between the two sets of windows in the second bedroom need the multiple, old dead bugs removed.Bathrooms quite dated, but appreciated the great variety of kitchen appliances etc. On booking days ahead of our stay, we took advantage of the option to have the room with three single beds be made up to one single and a queen bed. We arrived to find three single beds in that room. Also werenât given any notice ahead of checking in that the second set of keys that were to be found in the apartment were not there. We did request a second set of keys from the host but that request was not answered until the following day when I said I was going to contact Stayz. The reply from the host then was the people who stayed at the apartment before us mistakenly took them and were âapologies âŠ. the people who stayed at the apartment before us mistakenly took them and were returning themâ. I again asked for a second set of keys to be dropped to us and the reply was it was not possible. I replied with a text â not happyâ. Very inconvenient stay all round for us as only one set of keys for five adults staying there, as fob and keys needed to access lift, doors to apartment and to building entry as well as to enter and exit car park. Had we been made aware ahead of our stay there was only one set of keys we would definately have booked elsewhere.
