Apartment Condition: As the property is regularly enjoyed by guests, some areas may show minor signs of wear and tear but remain fully functional.
Nature and Pest Control: Australia is a nature-rich country, and occasional insects are inevitable despite our regular professional pest control. Insect spray is provided in the apartment for your use. Should you encounter an unusual amount of pests, please contact us so we can assist.

Plumming are very slow. Alot of cockroaches. They sent the pest control and I had to sleep there in the fume. After spraying. There werw still a few roaches turned up on dinner table and floor. No lifts. Thx god during the day I was out till late

It wasn’t clear from the check in procedure that the place to collect the key is a 10 minute drive away from the property. The garage fob was not available when we checked in and we had to collect it later from the key drop off, which was inconvenient. The unit is out dated and wasn’t entirely clean when we arrived. There is limited kitchen equipment available in the unit. The location was convenient to playgrounds and Broadwater Parklands. There was secure underground parking which was good once we had the entry fob.
