You`re in the middle of Surfers Paradise so there is every restaurant and fast food chain at your back door. Infinity, Time Zone and the Wax Museum are only a few meters away and the buses for major Gold Coast attractions all leave from Surfers. The apartment is just footsteps to the famous Surfers Paradise beach and overlooks the river and the Scenic Rim.
Getting around is made easy and the G:Link is literally at your back door
The Apartment has TWO Car Park spaces
We kindly ask that you take a moment to familiarize yourself with our house rules, which are designed to ensure a pleasant stay for everyone. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated, and we thank you in advance!
Additionally, before your arrival, we`ll be delighted to share a house guide. It contains helpful instructions on accessing the property, utilizing various amenities, and any other details to ensure your stay is as comfortable as possible.
Please note: We ensure you have all the essentials to kickstart your stay. In the bathroom, you`ll find essentials such as shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and soap, all provided in 30ml bottles, along with 2 rolls of toilet paper. If you require any additional items, feel free to pick them up at your convenience.

We kindly ask that you provide truthful responses to our pre-booking message at the time of booking. This helps us ensure that the space meets your needs perfectly. Please note that any misrepresentation may result in immediate cancellation or eviction.
Comply with all building regulations, including those related to pool and exercise facilities.
Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors and on the balcony. A $50 fee will be charged for any evidence of smoking.
To maintain the tranquility of our home and respect our neighbors, we enforce a strict no-party policy. Any unauthorized gatherings will result in a $200 charge.
Additionally, we appreciate your cooperation in minimizing noise levels AND respect quiet hours after 9 PM to ensure the comfort of all occupants. In the event of noise complaints, a security guard may be summoned at a cost of $250AUD for the first call. Subsequent calls will result in a $250 fee and eviction without refund.
Check-out time is 10:00 AM, unless otherwise agreed upon with the host. Late check-outs may incur additional charges. Guests more than 90 minutes late checking out will be charged the total base rate for the night, without entitlement to stay longer. Any costs incurred by the host due to late check-out will be passed on to the guest.
Guests must return keys by no later than 11:00 am on the day of check-out.
We require 3 Photos:
* Photo of a Key on the Kitchen Bench
* Photo of the Key inside the Lockbox
* Photo of the Lockbox closed, and code scrambled.
If Photos arenât provided and we must check for keys, a $50 fee will apply.
Lost or damaged keys and electronic FOBs will incur a $150 charge.
Please ensure the property is left clean and orderly upon departure to avoid any extra cleaning charges.
