With stunning views of the Pacific Ocean and Surfers Paradise skyline, this apartment is sure to delight travellers and locals alike. This beautiful room is ideal for a family or group with existing bedding for up to 4 guests.
The Space:
Family friendly 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom, ocean view apartment that offers stunning views of Surfers Paradise & the Pacific Ocean, and by night the city is lit up creating a truly unique atmosphere.
Located in the popular Circle on Cavill building in the heart of Surfers Paradise, you will be walking distance to everything this amazing city has to offer. Trendy boutique shopping, top restaurants and coffee houses and of course the golden sands of world famous Surfers Paradise beach!
The apartment has 2 bedrooms, catering for up to four guests. The bathroom and kitchen are both modern with luxurious furnishings throughout the property. The apartment comes fully self-contained with a full kitchen with kitchenware and both a washer and dryer in the laundry.
The building itself has all of the top resort features you would expect, a lap pool and an additional swimming pool, spa, sauna and steam room as well as a fully equipped gym. The kids will be in heaven with a games room and small outdoor play area right near the BBQ and Zen gardens.

AMENITIES
On arrival our guests will receive an essentials starter pack to get you settled in. These items are not replenished during your stay. We can provide extras for a small fee. This pack will include:
Bed linen for each bed
1 x bath towels for each guest.
1 x hand towel & 1 x bath mat for each bathroom.
1 x tea, coffee, sugar sachet for each guest.
2 x rolls of toilet paper per toilet.
1 x body wash & 1 x shampoo/conditioner per person.
4 x sachets of dish detergent, dishwasher powder, and laundry detergent.
1 x dish cloth & scourer.
GCLR do not supply food items like Salt, Pepper, Oil, Condiments etc.
Pool towels are not included, and cannot be accessed from the pool area in the resort. You are welcome to bring your own or they can be purchased from GCLR at $15 per towel, or 4 for $50.
The entire apartment is yours to use for the duration of your stay! We ask you treat the property as if it were your own & enjoy your time on the Gold Coast.
Guest Access:
This apartment is privately managed by Gold Coast Luxury Resorts.
CHECK IN From 2:00pm
On the day of arrival, key collection will take place at our office located at Shop 17 / 24 Queensland Ave, Broadbeach QLD 4218. Check in is usually from 2pm, however if the property is ready earlier one of our staff will let you know via SMS.
If you are arriving outside of office hours, you will be sent late arrival information with instructions on how to access your keys via our night safe. This is also located at the front of our office
Guests will be required to complete a virtual check-in prior to arrival. Same-day bookings will need to complete this by 4pm. This includes providing photo ID, a credit card for the security deposit, and signing our lease agreement. If you would like a copy of this lease agreement before confirming your reservation please feel free to send us an enquiry.
The security deposit is a $250 pre-authorisation on the day of arrival. Please note that we can only accept Visa or Mastercard, and this card must be in the same name as the booking. The security deposit will be released 7 days after departure as long as there are no damages or extra charges incurred.
CHECK OUT By 10:00am
Upon departure, it would be greatly appreciated if you are able to return your keys to our office or via the key return drop box located at Shop 17 / 24 Queensland Ave, Broadbeach QLD 4218. Alternatively you are welcome to leave the keys inside the apartment. Please note that most resorts require keys to exit the car park first, please remove your car and then return the keys to the apartment.
We simply require you to remove all rubbish from the property, wash up any dishes & unpack the dishwasher. Please remove all personal belongings and leave both sets of guest keys on the kitchen bench.
[CHRISTMAS DAY]
Gold Coast Luxury Resorts is closed on Christmas Day, therefore we are unable to accept reservations that require a check-in on the 25th of December.

We pride ourselves on providing our guests with the best possible experience whilst on their travels to the Gold Coast. We will provide you with an emergency contact number that can be contacted in case of an emergency after hours, all other enquires can be managed by one of our friendly reservations team during our office hours.
