Facility access is subject to the opening hours but not guaranteed due to maintenance or other issues conducted by the building management.
Other Things to Note:
SELF CHECK-IN:
Check-in time is from 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm. We will leave the key in a key safe at a nearby convenience store for your own collection. Details will be provided once your booking is confirmed. An extra charge will be incurred for any early check-in; please get in touch with the host for details.
SELF CHECK-OUT:
Kindly note that our check-out time is 10:00 am, and we request all guests to adhere to this timing. For those departing via public transportation, please return the keys to the key safe before your departure. Kindly ensure that you return the full set of keys to the designated key safe located at the same key collection point - the nearby convenience store, which is in the same location where you originally picked up the keys
NO late check-outs are allowed. Please note that an AUD50 fine applies for every 15-minute delay from our latest check-out time at 10:00 am. We appreciate your cooperation in ensuring that all guests have a pleasant and timely departure from our property.
KEY LOSS/ KEY ACCESS ASSISTANCE:
Key loss will result in charge of $300. Please always remember to bring the keys with you when leaving the apartment. If you lock yourself out and ask the host for assistance, $80 will be charged from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm and an additional $120 for any time beyond this period. If the host is unreachable, kindly contact the locksmith for your emergency at your own cost.
NO BAGGAGE STORAGE before check-in or after check-out for security reasons.
NO SMOKING - any evidence of this will result in a $150 fine.
NO PET - any evidence of this will result in a $500 fine.
NO PARTIES OR EVENTS - any evidence of this will result in a $150 fine. (Kindly note that NO SCHOOLIES BOOKINGS!!!) To create a peaceful environment and show consideration and respect to the neighbours, Quiet hours are strictly observed from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am
EXIT CLEANING ONLY. Please wash up all the cookware, dishes & cutlery and clean up all rubbish to leave the place as you generally find it, or an additional fee may apply if the apartment is left in poor condition. Guests are responsible for compensating for any excess cleaning fee of $250 or damage costs.
