If you lock yourself out and ask the host for assistance, $80 will be charged from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm and an additional $120 for any time beyond this period. If the host is unreachable, kindly contact the locksmith for your emergency at your own cost.
NO BAGGAGE STORAGE before check-in or after check-out for security reasons.
NO SMOKING - any evidence of this will result in a $150 fine.
NO PET - any evidence of this will result in a $500 fine.
NO PARTIES OR EVENTS - any evidence of this will result in a $150 fine. (Kindly note that NO SCHOOLIES BOOKINGS!!!)
EXIT CLEANING ONLY. Please wash up all the cookware, dishes & cutlery and clean up all rubbish to leave the place as you generally find it, or an additional fee may apply if the apartment is left in poor condition. Guests are responsible for compensating for any excess cleaning fee of $250 or damage costs.
NEED HELP? The onsite property management and reception are for their guests only. Please contact myself directly if you need any assistance during your stay.

Check-in is available after 2:00 PM. The key will be placed in a secure key safe at a nearby location for you to collect at your convenience. Full details will be provided 5 days prior to your check-in date. Please note that early check-in requests may incur an additional fee â feel free to contact your host for more information.
SELF CHECK-OUT:
Kindly note that our check-out time is 10:00 am, and we kindly ask all guests to follow this timing to help us prepare for the next arrival. If you're leaving via public transportation, simply place the keys in the âKey Returnâ (Bamboo Box) inside the unit before you go.For guests who have parked in the on-site carpark, please remember that youâll need the remote to exit. After moving your vehicle to street parking, kindly return all keys and the remote back to the unit as the final step of check-out.
NO late check-outs are allowed. Please note that an AUD50 fine applies for every 15-minute delay from our latest check-out time at 10:00 am. We appreciate your cooperation in ensuring that all guests have a pleasant and timely departure from our property.
