Escape to By The C, a beautifully renovated apartment in the heart of Coolangatta.
The 2 bedroom apartment is situated on the third floor (walk up) and features views over Coolangatta with ocean glimpses.
Step into the cool, tiled loungeroom with reverse cycle air-conditioning, comfortable furnishings and smart TV with unlimited wi-fi. Enjoy sunset drinks on your private balcony, equipped with a comfy lounge setting and views over the tropical swimming pool and gardens and out to the ocean.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook and entertain during your holiday including dishwasher and coffee pod machine.
The main bed offers king bed, walk through robe and ensuite, while the second bedroom offers 2 XL single beds. Both rooms have ceiling fans for year round comfort.
The spacious main bathroom includes a walk-in shower and laundry facilities with a washing machine and dryer.
By The C is a bright and breezy apartment with thoughtful touches to ensure a relaxing and memorable stay.
The apartment is located in a secure building with undercover parking for 1 car (carpark height 2.1m). The complex offers a swimming pool and BBQ area surrounded by tropical gardens and is only a short walk to Coolangattaâs CBD and beautiful beaches.
Keys
Keys are to be collected from and returned to our office, 76 Griffith St, Coolangatta. Our office is an approximate 2 minute drive from the property and 6 minute drive south of the GC Airport.
Linen
Linen is not provided at this property. Holiday properties are equipped with blankets/ doonas and pillows and protectors, however please remember to bring your own personal linen including sheets, pillow cases, towels and tea towels. Linen can be hired at a reasonable cost; we will provide details once your booking is confirmed. We also suggest you bring with you soaps, dishwashing liquid, toilet paper etc.
