The Space:
Contemporary, light and sleek, Buena Vista is a holiday home in the sought-after Broadbeach area. Offering quiet relaxation and pampered indulgence with waterfront views, this home has 5 bedrooms and 3 beautiful bathrooms. It has been redesigned from the waterfront up to provide a bright and energising space that easily accommodates up to 12 guests (maximum 8 adults). Polished floors and a sliding glass wall seamlessly connect the airy indoor living area with outdoor spaces overlooking the water. The reimagined kitchen features luxurious quartz benchtops, mirrored splashbacks, island dining, and stainless steel appliances, making food preparation a breeze. The split air-conditioning keeps the master bedroom and living areas pleasantly comfortable. The property includes air conditioning to keep the master bedroom and living area comfortable, hairdryers, TV, toasters, oven, microwave, linen, free Wi-Fi, and many more.

Outdoors is where the holiday truly begins. The shady terrace features a spacious dining and BBQ area within sight of the contemporary pool. Lounge chairs invite you to relax and enjoy the tranquil canal views framed by swaying palm trees, creating a serene holiday atmosphere perfect for chilling out or reading. External security cameras operate 24/7, installed at the front, side, and rear of the property for guest safety. Conveniently located close to local shops and just 3 km from the sand, surf, and shopping at Broadbeach, this family-sized holiday rental has it all.

NB: The pool water feature is no longer available due to water restrictions, and there are no pool lights.

The white modular sofa seating unit blends harmoniously with the contemporary white decor and polished flooring. Arranged around a coffee table, the focal point is the flatscreen TV and the alluring outdoor pool glittering beyond a wall of sliding glass. A formal island dining area separates the lounge from the pristine all-white kitchen.

Cooking:
The arctic white cabinets, glossy quartz benchtops and stainless steel appliances create a thoroughly modern kitchen, continuing the crisp clean lines that are the hallmark of this leading-edge Broadbeach holiday home.

Sleeping:
The sleeping space at Buena Vista is plush and inviting, with soft carpet, and large windows letting in lots of natural light

Buena Vista has 3 bathrooms - 2 ensuite bathrooms and 1 central bathroom, all featuring large shower spaces with frameless glass, sleek tiling and white cabinetry. The main bathroom has a deep freestanding bath for soaking and relaxing.

Outdoor & Pool:
The spacious covered terrace has lounge chairs for sunbathing and a dining table for 8, overlooking the passing boats that navigate the waterway. Enclosed by a glass fence, the swimming pool is sure to be well utilised for swimming and cooling off. Please note - there are no lights in and around the swimming pool.

Pets:
Unfortunately, this property is not pet friendly.

Please note, external security cameras are installed at the front, side and rear of Buena Vista for guest safety. The cameras record continuously and capture footage only.

Buena Vista has garage parking for 2 vehicles.

Rule 1: Strict No-Party Policy — parties or events are not permitted at any time.
Rule 2: Quiet Hours are between 9:30 PM and 8:00 AM daily.
Rule 3: Unregistered Guests require prior approval from the owner. Each unregistered guest will incur a $1,000 fine, charged to the reserving guest.
Rule 4: No illegal substances are allowed on the premises. Any violation of these rules will result in immediate eviction without refund or warning.

Our stay was amazing! House had everything we needed for a family holiday. We spent most of our time enjoying the outdoor balcony, pool and bbq. So close to broadbeach and walking distance to nice little cafes just up the road. We cant wait to come back and stay again next year! Thankyou
