Space Overview:
Designed for two adults, The Studio offers a spacious open-plan layout with distinct areas for the bedroom, bathroom, and living space. Indulge in culinary delights with a fully equipped kitchen and outdoor BBQ, complemented by a welcome pack awaits. Relax in the roomy bedroom with a queen-sized bed and enjoy the serene outdoor space of the gated enclosed private garden area.

Guest access:
The Studio has been carefully crafted to comfortably accommodate two adults. It features a spacious open-plan design with distinct areas for the bedroom, bathroom, and living space.

The apartment includes a fully equipped kitchen including a gas stove top for your culinary delights. All necessary cutlery and crockery are provided, along with a complimentary welcome pack of tea/coffee, cow milk and a few little surprises. A coffee pod machine ensures your caffeine cravings are met.

The separate bathroom/toilet includes a shower and sink (no bath), and amenities such as towels, shampoo/conditioner, soap, a hairdryer, iron, and ironing board are provided.

The roomy bedroom boasts a queen-sized bed, with all linen supplied. A gated private garden area, exclusive to the Studio guests, offers a serene outdoor space to unwind. Additionally, a small outdoor table setting is available for you as you enjoy this space.

Please note there are no laundry facilities onsite; the nearest laundry facility is in Margaret River.

Latitude 34 is a 10–15-minute drive from the town centre. Gnarabup offers a tranquil environment nestled between the ridge and the ocean, ideal for guests seeking a break from urban life. Enjoy nearby restaurants, cafes, national parks, beaches, and breathtaking night skies. A car is essential for exploring the vast Cape to Cape region.

Young Children Policy:
Children under the age of 4 are welcomed; however, please note that the studio is not specifically designed for young children. Guests would need to bring their own bed and bedding for their children. Prior approval is required before booking with young children, and a small fee will be payable.
