With multiple living areas, a wraparound entertaining deck, a wood fire and thoughtful touches throughout, Dolphin House provides a comfortable and private stay for families, couples and groups of up to 8 guests.
Dolphin House is a fully self-contained, two-level coastal home featuring 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and generous indoor/outdoor living zones.
Upstairs â Open Plan Living & Coastal Views
The upper level is bright and breezy, with an open-plan lounge, dining area, and fully equipped gourmet kitchen. The kitchen includes modern appliances, an oven, Nespresso machine, full cookware and crockery, and generous pantry supplies (milk, oils, condiments, coffee pods, tea, wraps/foils, insect repellent, and more).
Large sliding doors open onto a spacious wraparound deck with BBQ, outdoor dining, a relaxing egg chair, and beautiful views over Gnarabup. Itâs the perfect spot to unwind after a day at the beach or out wine tasting.

This is a quiet family friendly residential neighbourhood with permanent and holiday homes throughout. We love our community and all have plenty of interaction with our fabulous beaches and coastline. You`ll often see the kids walking or on their bikes carrying their surf board to the local beaches.
We also have some beautiful coastal walks on the ridge above the beaches and on the beach themselves for those who like the challenge of sand walking!
Dawn and sunset sees plenty of people casually fishing off the beach or rocks for herring and whiting, and seasonal local salmon as well.
It`s hard to beat having dinner and sunset at one of the many beaches on the coast!
The parking is plentiful however we are without local public transportation so a vehicle to get around is a must. Ask us about local car hire recommendations.
Dolphin House is close to some of the regionâs favourite attractions:

âą Accommodation only - no parties, events, weddings, or large gatherings
âą Keep noise low after 9pm in accordance with Shire regulations
âą No street parking - all vehicles must remain within the property boundary in accordance with Shire regulations
âą No smoking indoors
âą Report any damage promptly

HOUSE RULES FOR GUESTS AND VISITORS
Holiday rentals provide a unique tourism experience: consider this your home, treat it as your own, respect your neighbours and leave it as you find it. These House Rules are provided at Dolphin House to ensure that Guests and Visitors know and comply with the specific Rules governing their permission to enter and occupy the Property.
OUR NEIGHBOURHOOD The house is located in a residential neighbourhood of families and small children. Could you please be mindful and maintain a slow speed when driving in our area.
PARKING It is a Council requirement that all vehicles associated with the property are to be parked on the driveway on the property, as street parking is not allowed.
RUBBISH The rubbish bins are emptied early on Tuesday mornings. If your stay includes a Monday night, we would be very grateful if you would please place the bins out on Monday evening. The handle needs to face the kerb and not be further than 30 cm from the kerb.
BOND AND COMPLIANCE Beachhouse Holiday Homes are not to be used for any parties, weddings or other functions without written permission from management. If it comes to our attention that the property is being misused by the guests they will be asked to leave the property immediately without any refund. Guests take full responsibility for any visitors at the house during their stay. The noise curfew is 9:00pm. The Bond relates to any missing or damaged items, excessive noise leading to complaints and general cleanliness of the property, e.g. left in a clean & tidy condition, washing up done, BBQ cleaned and rubbish removed etc. Please report any damage or breakage to the manager as soon as practicable after the damage occurring . Please be aware that noise complaints are a breach of terms and conditions and may result in forfeit of your bond.
ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE TIMES The check in time is 3:00pm and departure time is 10.00am unless otherwise arranged. When departing, please ensure the house is locked, air-conditioning has been turned off and the key is returned to the lock box at the front entrance.
NO SMOKING POLICY There is no smoking permitted inside the homes. Please dispose of cigarette ends thoughtfully if you smoke outside.
