Nouveau en 2016! Idéalement situ�� entre deux des plus belles plages de Cape Ann, cette maison de location de vacances impeccable et récemment rénové, est à seulement 3 minutes à pied de Long Beach et à 8 minutes à pied de Good Harbor.

Après avoir garé dans son all��e circulaire, entrer dans cette maison immaculée d'un niveau avec un plan d'����tage ouvert ������� la cuisine, salle à manger et salon. La cuisine propose des comptoirs en granit, et a tous les nouveaux appareils en acier inoxydable, y compris une cuisine tiroir lave-vaisselle, l'élimination et le gaz. Le salon dispose d'une grande fen���tre supplémentaire laissant entrer beaucoup de lumière du soleil, mais pour les jours de pluie, il y a une télévision à écran plat de 55 pouces pour votre plaisir. Juste à côté de la salle de séjour est une salle de soleil de bonus avec un espace supplémentaire de sommeil (un futon confortable), ainsi que d'une table de jeu et porte à la cour arrière et le pont.

Les trois chambres offrent de nouveaux matelas, vient de remplacer en 2016. Il y a une salle de bain compl��te et une marque nouvelle demi-bain qui sert aussi la salle de lavage. cookouts en plein air sont un must car cette maison offre une terrasse avec barbecue inclus et donne sur la cour spacieuse. Il y a une douche ext��rieure de l'eau froide pour rincer le sable de votre journée de détente �� la plage. Un disque circulaire peut facilement contenir 4 voitures qui est un produit dans cette communauté pittoresque plage.
L'emplacement de cette maison de plage est proche de tant de commodit����s. Il y a des supermarchés, des cafés et des restaurants familiaux juste en bas de la route. En quelques minutes, dans une direction prendre dans une performance live à Gloucester Stage Company, et dans l'autre, cél���bre village de Rockport des boutiques, des restaurants art des galeries ainsi que la visite du Music Theater Shalin Lou pour entendre les talents locaux et souvent des musiciens de renom.

Great location

We arrived near midnight on our check in day after a long trip and delays, and the house had been closed up and was hot. I was concerned about the lack of AC, though as long as you are ok with having windows open it’s really not needed given how close to the water the house is. It’s a safe area but you do need to be ok with using fresh air cooling. In the light of day it was a very nice property in a great location. It’s a safe and easy walk to both Long Beach and good harbor. It’s 300 feet from the most popular ice cream place in the area. The property is spotless and well organized and the landscaping is charming. The management company is very organized and communicated well whenever we had a question.

This place is very cute with 3 bedrooms and 1 1/2 baths. The sunroom doubles as a 4th bedroom with a pull out couch. The place is a lot bigger inside than it seems from the photo of the outside. Everything was very clean with plenty of closet space. The rooms have ceiling fans that help keep it a little cooler. However, it was pretty hot when we were there so air conditioning would have made the stay perfect. The walk to the beach was just a few minutes and Long Beach is much more quiet than Good Harbor. Shed out back has a beach cart and chairs. Clothes line is there to hang wet towels. Check in was easy. Kitchen was fairly well stocked - maybe some wine glasses would be nice. WiFi was not great. TV kept pausing and waiting to catch up to itself so that was annoying. However, from what I understand WiFi is not great on the entire island so you'd probably get the same service anywhere in Gloucester or Rockport. Overall, really liked this place - clean, plenty of space, great location to walk to beach. Only downfalls were A/C and WiFi. I would go back and I would recommend this house for a nice stay.

Just walk down the street and you will be at Long Beach, our favorite beach at Cape Ann and one of our favorite beaches period! Plenty of parking too out in the front of the house. Best part is you are not far from Gloucester in one direction and Rockport in the other. I recommend staying at Two Beaches Cottage if you are looking for that wonderful, relaxing summer beach vacation experience.

Two Beaches is especially my favorite "home". It's near the beaches I love and is convenient to shopping, restaurants and attractions I remember growing up with. It's exactly like "coming home." Love it!

Reviewer Comments: This house is very clean and super well appointed with nice towels, kitchenware, bedding etc. You can walk to either beach, probably a drop off in the car if you have little ones and lots of gear to bring. We walked using the awesome beach carts provided. There are fans provided in the house so you can keep the air flowing and with windows open it keeps the house pretty comfortable. The yard is really pretty, nicely landscaped around some very cool rock formations. A lot of thought has gone into making this home a great rental.

It had everything we needed, plenty of nice bath towels, beach towels, beach chairs, kitchen utensils, dishwasher, frig all new. The house feels bigger than it is. We had two families in the house and there was lots of room. The beds were new and comfortable, the backyard and porch were a delight. The short walk to good harbor beach was so nice to look at all the beautiful homes and views along the way.

Fantastic Beach Rental in Lovely Gloucester Neighborhood

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Two Beaches Cottage is a lovely property and was the perfect location to host a reunion for my family. The cottage kitchen is well equipped for preparing and enjoying meals. The living room, sunroom, front and back deck areas, in home washer/dryer, and bbq & yard are all wonderful features. We appreciated the beach chairs and beach towels. I was truly impressed with the ample pillows and bed & bath linens. The layout of the bedrooms and common areas is ideal for group visiting, as well as private time. We did not do any sight seeing, as we had not been together in 2 1/2 years, so used the week for quality visiting time. It really was a wonderful vacation.
