blissful beach

We loved the location..the beach...overall house but the situation with the very steep staircase and only one bathroom was not ideal for us...Jim and I both have to use the bathroom in the middle of the night so having to go up and down the stairs can be difficult. When you get6 as old as we are the danger of falling is foremost in our minds ....not ideal for older people who may have some mobility limitations...My children loved it as did my grandchildren...it is truly a private getaway...my kind of vacation! I hope in the future you can use your skills as a realtor and help me find something more suitable to rent. At some point I would. like to buy something and my daughter and son in law are also interested in buying at some point...right now they have a house in Arlington and a ski house in Vermont.. Thank you for your hospitality... it was much appreciated! Margie

Rockport Beach House

Our stay was excellent at this sweet house. The cove is an amazing space to safely play in the ocean. My teenage sons had fun on the beach with frisbee and in the water paddle boarding. My 6 year old daughter played in the sand, ocean and even tried kayaking. The location was convenient and quiet at the same time. Our hosts were attentive and quick to respond to any contact. We can’t wait to go back. Thank you!

we had a wonderful time the place was amazing it was hard to leave to go adventure out to salem and boston i think the next time we visit we will repeat right here! what a hidden gem! And our host was amazing dropping off the makings of smores! we enjoyed every minute.

Amazing property

Everything about this place was amazing. It was very clean, nicely furnished and fully stocked with the essentials and more. The beds were very comfortable. The views were incredible and the private beach with paddle boards and fire pit were very unique. I was very impressed with every detail of this place. You can tell the owners put alot of thought into the design of the property.

Fantastic!

What a lovely retreat! Gabby is a terrific host! The private beach is the perfect place to watch the tide roll in and see what treasures the ocean leaves behind. Even in a storm, we so enjoyed the view and the patter of rain on the roof while staying cozy inside! Thank you for sharing your beautiful spot with us

Nice Stay in a Quiet Bay

Our family enjoyed this quiet little bay - it was a treat having kayaks and paddle boards for the kids to explore the calm water. The beach was full of new sea glass every day to collect. Gabriela was a helpful hostess. One improvement could be having beach towels and chairs at the house for guests to use at other beaches, but Gabriela brought them over right away when we asked. One tip we wished we knew ahead of time - most local public beaches require purchasing tickets online ahead of time, on nice days the passes sell out. Jut FYI to future visitors in the area.

Amazing stay on the cove!

My wife, her parents, and I stayed at this fantastic, recently redone rental. The inside was great (clean, cozy, comfortable) and the outside was even better. We had our own private beach on a secluded cover, the access to the water just couldn't be easier. Fantastic sunsets to top it all off.
