Coldcroft Farmhouse – a high-end holiday haven where timeless charm meets modern luxury. Set in the heart of beautiful countryside, this stunning five-bedroom retreat offers space, style, and serenity for up to 10 guests – perfect for family gatherings, special celebrations, or a peaceful rural escape.

Perfectly situated on the edge pf the Cotswolds and Forest of Dean. Very close to Hartpury and Cheltenham racecourse.

The space
Kitchen
A large very well eqipped kitchen with a 3 oven aga plus electric 2 oven aga add on. This means you can. have the whole aga on in winter, or just work with the 2 oven add on. Very convenient. We have plenty of storage and an American style fridge / freezer with ice and cold water dispenser.

The kitchen has a traditional pine table that can seat six. Its often used for breakfast or prepping food.

On the other side of the kitchen we have a log burner and L shaped leather sofa plus TV.

Doors lead out to a sun trap with a bench a table to the front of the property, and a 2nd door takes you into the formal garden where there is a small table for 6, plus a larger table with parasol for 10 people plus a hot tub.

Off the kitchen you also reach the utility room with a washing machine and drier, plus plenty of coat, boot and hat storage.

Drawing room & Dining table
A large room with 2 x 3-seater sofas and a separate 2 seater sofa. Pull up a couple of pur large chairs and you can confortably sit 10 people.

A large log burner fire, oak beams, library section and a large television... not forgetting the fairy lights.

At the end of the room a dining table which sits 10 people along with an antique welsh dresser allows you to dine in style. Beyond the dining table bi fold doors takes you straight into the formal garden.

Bedrooms
Very well appointed. Two bedrooms are ensuite. The beds can be set up either as twin beds or they ink into a super king double. Both these rooms have wardrobes and hanging spaces.

Two further Bedrooms have king sized beds in them and again, have chest of drawers and hanging space for clothes. These two bedrooms share the family bathroom which has a shower and antique roll top bath.

The master bedroom is the smallest, but had the best views. It features a super king bed and a chest of drawers and boot in oak wardrobe for clothes. The ensuite bathroom has a shower.

Garden
Exceptionally well tended , professionally designed with a large patio, hot tub, table and chairs/benches for 10 people plus a larger parasol to keep the sun off you.

Guest access
Guests can use the hall, dining / drawing room, kitchen / day room, utility room, 5 bedrooms and all bathrooms.

The only rooms not available are the farm office, boot room and snug.
Other things to note
We have a pool table you can use. It is currently in the old traditional farmyard. In the winter we will seek to bring the table indoors if we can.
