Caverns Village is a residential-style condo community located next to Iron Mountain Hot Springs and within walking distance of Glenwood Caverns Adventure Park. The building is a thoughtfully designed condo community with a mix of vacation rentals and a small number of full-time local residents who help support Glenwood Springs' workforce.



Caverns Village sits near I-70 and across the river from the railroad. Trains do pass through town, which is common throughout Glenwood Springs. Most guests love the convenience, mountain views, and walkability to Glenwood's attractions, especially Iron Mountain Hot Springs. If you're looking for a secluded mountain cabin experience, however, this may not be the best fit.

- Mountain Environment: Caverns Village is surrounded by the beauty of the Rocky Mountains and sits alongside the Colorado River. Because of our natural setting, you may occasionally see wildlife or the occasional insect, particularly during the warmer months. We have a regular professional pest control program, each condo is thoroughly cleaned between every stay, and our common areas are maintained regularly. While we do everything we can to keep nature outside where it belongs, an occasional bug is simply part of mountain living.

- We cannot ensure a pet allergen-free environment. While short-term rentals do not permit pets, service animals are allowed by law. Some long-term rentals in the building do permit pets in limited numbers.

- We've tried to think of the little things that make travel easier. From a well-equipped kitchen and quality cookware to bathroom essentials, luggage racks, bedside charging stations, and comfortable workspaces, we want you to feel at home from the moment you arrive.

Guest Access:

Caverns Village has an exterior door code that will be given prior to your arrival. Access to the condos can be done either via elevator or stairs. A shared hallway will take you to the condo.



This condo has an open concept kitchen and living space at the center, with a spacious bedroom and private bathroom on either side. It features a heated ambient vapor fireplace, locally inspired artwork, comfortable furnishings, and glass doors that open to incredible river and Red Mountain views.



The kitchen is well-equipped with bright quartz counters and modern aesthetics, and there's a coat nook near the entrance for winter clothing and ski wear.



Each bedroom offers privacy and comfort with rustic yet modern furnishings, an organic king mattress, plush bedding, black-out blinds, large Smart TVs, phone chargers, and nightstands with USB outlets. Bedroom 1 has a king bed and is a cozy space for relaxation or reading, and there's a simple desk space in Bedroom 2 and twin beds for those who need to work remotely.
