- The Iron Mountain Hot Springs is currently undergoing expansion. There is ongoing construction in the parking lot and in front of the condominium building.

- These condos cannot receive mail or packages. Contact us if you need to have something delivered and we’ll provide you with an address.

- Caverns Village is a premier vacation rental property managed in-house

- Professional cleaning to the highest standards

- Special requests are subject to availability upon check-in and may incur additional charges; special requests cannot be guaranteed

- Additional cleaning fee for excessive cleaning or laundry may apply. For stays of 10 days or more, additional cleaning is required.

- This is not a pet friendly condo, with the exception of services animals. For service animals, we respectfully request that you notify us ahead of your arrival and provide all documentation required.

- Caverns Village Condo's are located on the second and third floor of a building with a mix of vacation rentals and long-term housing. There are common stairs, an elevator, and hallways that must be used to access the private unit.

- Cancellation policy: 100% if canceled at least 30 days before arrival, 50% refund if canceled between 14-29 days before arrival, no refund if canceled less than 14 days before arrival. Note: Credit card fees will not be refunded.

- The exterior of the property and shared hallways are under 24-hour video surveillance for security purposes.

- Extra caution must be taken with young children around the sliding glass doors and railing. Please always supervise them and lock the sliding doors when not in use.

- Minimum age requirement of 25 to rent this property.

- Rates and amenities are subject to change without notice.

- Caverns Village Lodging is fully licensed with the City of Glenwood Springs.

- We cannot ensure a pet allergen-free environment. While short-term rentals do not permit pets, service animals are allowed by law. Some long-term rentals in the building do permit pets in limited numbers.



The Space:

Caverns Village has an exterior door code that will be given prior to your arrival. Access to the condos can be done either via elevator or stairs. A shared hallway will take you to the condo.



This condo has an open concept kitchen and living space at the center, with a spacious bedroom and private bathroom on either side. It features a heated ambient vapor fireplace, locally inspired artwork, comfortable furnishings, and glass doors that open to incredible river and Red Mountain views.



The kitchen is well-equipped with bright quartz counters and modern aesthetics, and there's a coat nook near the entrance for winter clothing and ski wear.



Each bedroom offers privacy and comfort with rustic yet modern furnishings, an organic king mattress, plush bedding, black-out blinds, large Smart TVs, phone chargers, and nightstands with USB outlets. Bedroom 1 has a king bed and is a cozy space for relaxation or reading, and there's a simple desk space in Bedroom 2 and twin beds for those who need to work remotely.



Both bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms, with Bathroom featuring a large glass-enclosed shower and Bathroom 2 having a bathtub and shower combination.
