There is a highly trafficked street in front of this home that is visible through the trees and from the deck. Please take extra precaution with children as the driveway leads straight to this street and there is no fence surrounding the property.

HOUSE RULES
A. Guest is responsible for all occupants of the home and must require that all rules herein, as well as the within the Guest Rental Agreement, are followed.
B. No one under the age of twenty-five (25) shall rent this property. All children must be under direct adult supervision at all times.
C. It may be requested that Guest take trash to the curb on the scheduled day(s) of trash removal, and not before, per the Guest Guide located within the Property.
D. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM - 8:00 AM daily. Quiet hours consist of no music and keeping all audio at a minimum level out of respect for the surrounding residents.
E. Additional persons above the maximum occupancy of the home may NOT stay overnight at the Property.
F. Guest is responsible for any fine and/or violation that is imposed on the Homeowner due to the negligence of any person permitted on the Property by Guest.
G. Guest agrees not to use the Property for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to, the sale, use or possession of illegal drugs on or around the Property.
H. Absolutely no hazardous materials are permitted to be in or around the Property at any time.
I. The burning of candles is not permitted within the Property, with the exception of birthday candles.
J. Under no circumstances may a stove, oven or range be used as a source of heat. All appliances are to be used only for their intended purpose.
K. Charcoal and Gas Barbecue grills may not be used inside any structure located on the Property.
L. Guest may not bring a grill (of any type) or fire pit for use on the premises.
M. Tents or other structures may not be erected on the Property without written approval.
N. Commercial photography or filming is not permitted on the Property.
O. All windows and doors must remain closed during inclement weather.
P. Guest shall notify Manager of any pest control problems.
Q. The use of any provided swimming pool or hot tub is at Guest`s own risk. Guest further understands that any interruption of use will not alter or change any of the terms of this Agreement.
R. Guest may not block the fire escape at any time.
S. The Homeowner does not permit gatherings at the Property. A disturbance caused by Guest or any person permitted on the Property during Guest`s stay which results in any police action or complaints from neighbors is considered sufficient cause for immediate termination of this Agreement with immediate eviction and forfeiture of all monies paid as permitted by law.
T. No towels or linens shall be taken from the Property. A cleaning fee is automatically added and charged for each confirmed reservation. Guest is expected to leave the Property in a neat and orderly condition. An additional cleaning fee may apply if excessive cleaning or trash removal is required upon Guest`s departure.
U. A mandatory damage protection policy fee for third-party accidental rental damage insurance will be automatically charged to each booking. Should the assessed damages and or the amount of missing items, exceed the maximum limits of the insurance policy, Guest shall be held responsible to pay for the deficiency.

Loved this place. There wasnt a ton of amenities in the kitchen though. I will say if you want to cook an actual meal in this place it’s difficult. Theres also no wine key to open wine or silverware for more than one person. Other than that it was amazing.

Good location. It would be fine perfect for two people. Good value. Nice and clean. A big bummer though was the amount of insects inside. The owners were very forthcoming about this in the listing and I’m sure they are doing what they can but it did put a damper on the overall experience. Other than that it’s great.

Everything was very clean and the location was wonderful. The big clae foot tib was a great added amenity. The heating however, was a minor issue. It did not work most of the first night we were there. We checked in around 6pm, and it took until around 2am for the studio to warm up to tolerable temperature. The host called first thing in the morning to check on us after we messaged in the middle of the night. Their responsiveness was appreciated, but maybe in the future they could turn the temperature up before a guest checks in.

Just what I wanted

The loft was very clean and well equipped located close to town. Walking trails were easily accessible and the Sunlight Ski area only a few miles away.

The house is small but the perfect size for 2 people! It was very hot when we we were there so we didnt get to enjoy the deck much. It was comfy and the host provides enough storage to make it work!

Small but cozy

OK for two as long as you don't have tons of luggage - there's not much storage space. But the bed is comfortable and the kitchen is well equipped. Being winter, we didn't use the deck at all, I'm sure it is quite nice in season. Very quiet.

A regular shower instead of a tub shower would be a big improvement. There were a lot of the flying bugs inside that stink, quite a nuisance. The lot next to this property basically is an old auto storage yard. The outside deck needs cleaning and work. The stone stairs need to be improved for safety, there are trip hazards on the walkway.
