Guest access
You have your own Private Walkout Basement entrance - at back of the house as shown on the picture. You go down the stairs to the entrance
Please note that the upstairs area will be off-limits to guests, as it may be occupied by other guests during your stay and as of that reason there should be noises expectations coming from upstairs during daytime until quiet hours( 10pm - 7am). Additionally, please be aware that the two garages on the property are designated for storage purposes and will be off-limits to guests during your stay.

No Smoking: The NO smoking rule includes, cigarettes, vaping, marijuana inside of the home (Only outside). If a violation of this rule occurs a fee of $500 will be charged.
Pet friendly: We love those furry bundles of joy. Reason why we accommodate a maximum of 1 pet with pet fees to cover proper cleaning after checkout. Sadly, our home is not suitable to accommodate them. (Violation: $500)
No Parties or Events: Please respect our neighbors and avoid hosting any parties or events. IF the NO party rule is
violated there will be a charge of $1,000.
