The Space:

Every unit boasts plush bedding, fully equipped kitchens (the domes each offer a kitchenette), high-speed Wi-Fi, flat-screen TVs, and outdoor BBQ grills. All of the cabins also have a cozy fireplace. Our eco-friendly designs emphasize sustainability without compromising on luxury.

Right off the highway, yet you will feel like you are a hundred miles from anything! Zen Zion offers privacy, seclusion, convenience and comfort. This space is the perfect base for large groups traveling together, family reunions, and company retreats. 3 cabins and 2 unique and comfortable dome houses offer your group the luxury of being together while still being able to spread out. The shared pavilion is a great place to gather outside! Make yourself at home, grill dinner, and listen to the birds, the river, and maybe even see some deer or wild turkeys! Take a walk down to the river and just enjoy the scenery.



Cabin 1, known as The Honeybee, is the first cabin you will see when you enter this amazing property. This cabin sleeps 4 and has everything you need to feel right at home. Upon entering the cabin you will find a living room space with a gas fireplace, couch, and TV. The perfect space for relaxing! Behind the partial wall you will find a queen sized bed. The kitchen is open to the living room and is fully stocked, with full appliances, dishes, pots and pans, everything you need to cook up your favorite meals! The laundry room, which is right off the kitchen, has a full sized washer and dryer for your convenience. This cabin has a full bathroom featuring a tub/shower combo.



Cabin 2, named The Blue Jay, is the second cabin you will see when you enter this amazing property. This cabin sleeps 10 and has everything you need to feel right at home. Upon entering the cabin you will find a spacious and open living room with a gas fireplace, couches and chairs, and a TV. The perfect space for relaxing! The kitchen is open to the living room and is fully stocked, with full appliances, dishes, pots and pans, everything you need to cook up your favorite meals! The laundry closet in the hallway has a full sized washer and dryer for your convenience. Down the hall you will find the master bedroom with a king sized bed and an ensuite bathroom with a tub/shower combo. Bedroom 2 features a queen sized bed, and the bunkroom holds 2 sets of bunkbeds as well as 2 trundle beds! *Trundle beds are only suitable for small children*. There is another full bathroom in this cabin with a tub/shower combo.



Cabin 3, The Hummingbird, is located past the first 2 cabins, and nestled against the hill to the North. This cabin sleeps 6 and has everything you need to feel right at home. Upon entering the cabin you will find a living room with a comfortable couch, gas fireplace, and a TV. The perfect space for relaxing! The kitchen is just off the living room and is fully stocked, with full appliances, dishes, pots and pans, everything you need to cook up your favorite meals! The laundry closet in the master bedroom has a full sized washer and dryer for your convenience. The master bedroom features a king sized bed, a private bathroom with a tub/shower combo, and an outside entrance. The loft, right above the living room and kitchen is a fun area with a queen bed, 2 twin beds, a hanging chair, and even a half bathroom! There is also another full bathroom on the main floor of this cabin (shower only).



The Dome Houses, named The River Dome (overlooking the river) and The Evergreen Dome (located next to an Evergreen tree and offering beautiful wooded views), are located South of The Honeybee, just past the shared pavilion. River Dome features a king sized bed and a double bed in the loft area. The Evergreen Dome features a comfortable queen sized bed, and a double bed in the loft area. The cover opens to offer stunning views of nature in the daytime and incredible stargazing at night! Both Domes have a kitchenette (sink, cooktop, mini fridge, and coffee maker), and a full bath (shower only). Each Dome has a patio area with a BBQ grill and fire pit and there is a laundry house located just outside of the River Dome that services both dome houses. Domes are insulated and have both an air conditioning and heat source making them accessible year round and offer stunning views of the mountains and the river. A unique and luxurious experience!



Guest Access:

You will receive door codes to each home prior to your arrival.



Please pull close to the unit you are staying in so that people can still pull by using the circle around the pavilion if necessary.



The Neighborhood:

This property is located in the middle of numerous national parks including Zion National Park, Bryce Canyon, Grand Canyon (North Rim), Escalante Grand Staircase, Coral Pink Sand Dunes, Lake Powell, and Red Hollow Hike (Orderville), The 'Wave'/Paria Wilderness (permit only), Pipe Springs National Monument, Kodachrome State Park, Cedar Breaks and Cedar Mountain. Zen Zion is an ideal home base for seeing all of these parks. Orderville is located just 6 miles to the south and offers a small grocery store, gas station, and a few dining options. More accommations can be found in Kanab, Utah approximately 25 miles south of Zen Zion on Hwy 89. Please come, bring the family, a few great friends, have wonderful adventures, build some lasting memories and let our home be yours.



Getting Around:

Page, AZ airport is 1.5 hours away; St. George, UT airport is 1 hour and 40 minutes away; Las Vegas airport is 3.5 hours away. Get around in town via car.



Other Things to Note:

Cancellations Terms: Please be advised there is a 3% cancellation fee regardless of the cancellation date.



Zen Zion is a little slice of heaven where you can relax surrounded by nature. There is also a lot of fresh water on the property, so you may encounter bugs, mice, and other critters during your stay. Please understand that while we do our very best to keep them under control, we can't eliminate their presence entirely.



Please note there is not good cell service on the property, but the wifi is fantastic! Simply make sure your cell phone is set to allow wifi calls and texts and you will have no problems!



The insulation in the domes blocks some of the wifi beaming, so if you are staying in a dome and have a weak signal, moving closer to an open curtain, door, or bay window will solve the problem.



Zen Zion is over 5 acres of land with 5 units available to be rented individually, altogether, or a combination of the ones that fit your needs. Please note, if you have not booked the entire property (all 5 units), other guests will be coming and going and sharing the pavilion, lawn, and space along the river with you, so please be respectful and kind to the other people you may rub shoulders with while here.



The driveway in and out has one large loop around the pavilion, and a small turnaround at the Southeast end. Please park your vehicles near your unit, leaving room for oher guests to enter and exit the property. If you have large trailers or extra vehicles, please park them in the field just to the left after you enter, behind the large dumpster.



Our pet policy is as follows: We allow responsible pet owners to bring their dog companions. There is not a fence on property, so please keep pets outside only on leash. Please make sure your dog is flea-free before arrival. Please pick up after your pets around the property. Do not leave dogs unattended inside barking and scratching at doors. If you bring a kennel and they are used to that for short periods, that is fine. Do not allow dogs on furniture (beds, chairs, sofas) unless you have your own pet blanket that they will sit or rest on. Our pet fee does not include coverage for damages. If there are incidents (complaints from neighbors, or damages to property) there is a $200 minimum charge, with total to be determined by professional assessment for repairs/replacement. We love dogs, and have one of our own. Most of the time there is no problem, but we've found it's best to be up front with the policy and expectation.
