Beautiful house and Location in Jackson

This is a gorgeous house with super layout and in a wonderful location. We were there as 6 adults. Kitchen was well stocked. I am taking away one star for the following reasons, in the garage, the recycling and garbage were absolutely overflowing, and hadn't been removed after many previous visits prior to our stay, TV remotes were dead and contacted PO she had new batteries brought over. Basic personal amenities were lacking, laundry detergent basically empty, no tissues, we had to go out and buy soap/shampoo. Most VRBO's I've stayed in have had this basic need supplied, and sadly no actual foosballs for the beautiful foosball table.

A Perfect Vacation Home

This property was perfect for several families in one home. There was plenty of room for 15 of us and the location was so convenient to many fun activities. We loved sitting on the deck with a beautiful view after busy days hiking and swimming/floating in Saco River and Echo Lake.

Perfect for our needs

Starting with communication with Romy, she was always available and promptly responded to any questions I had. The check-in was flawless. The accommodations were perfectly suited for our needs and there was enough to keep everyone entertained. I would highly recommend it for large groups and would stay there again!

Ski Trip

3 Families spent the week on a ski trip. The house is really large and was very comfortable for all of us. The kids and adults enjoyed a soak in the hot tub after a day on the slopes. Perfect location to everything North Conway has to offer. Romy was very responsive when we reached out to her.

Great Place

We stayed for a long weekend this winter for skiing and the house was very comfortable. The kids loved the all the games around the house, the beds were very comfy, and the snow removal team was on point after 6” fell our last night.

Great Week in Glen

This is a large, wonderful home with an expansive deck and fabulous views! The Property Owner was very helpful and made the process simple. The location is perfect - Jackson Village is nearby. We can’t wait to visit again!

School Break Ski Vacation

We had a great stay, close to Wildcat Mountain and Attitash Mountain and North Conway. Good space for 4 families with a open living area/kitchen and then a full basement for kids to hang out in and loft area as an alternate space for kids. Nice to sit on the deck and take in the view.

Despite 3 days of pouring rain, we had a tremendously enjoyable visit to NH. The House is beautiful and perfect for gatherings. The first night we all stayed upstairs by the fireplace and played games at the family style dining room table. The second night we had an impromptu ping pong tournament that was unbelievably fun. The house kitchen is perfect for preparing large family style dinners. The location is a short 15 minutes into North Conway. Perfectly situated in the middle between Jackson and North Conway. The hosts were incredibly accommodating and easy to connect with. I have rented almost every October for the last 10 years and this experience was one of the best.

Beautiful, exactly as shown in pictures

The house was beautiful and clean and lived up to our expectations. The views are incredible. The location of the house is very convenient to downtown North Conway and Conway. I hope to return again with my family for another vacation here.

Family Weekend

My family and I adore the Mount Washington Valley, so we decided to bring family up who have never been for a fun weekend! This property has beautiful mountain views, is privately secluded and has plenty of parking! The inside of the home has ample space for multiple families. Unfortunately, the property had several maintenance issues that made our stay not so enjoyable. We had no hot water for a day until the Property Owner gave US the go ahead to fix the boiler that apparently had a missing part “on back order” that we were not aware of. Also, there was an AC leak in the upstairs bedroom with carpeting and the floor was saturated/damp. The room and entire upstairs smelled of mold/mildew. I made the PO aware immediately and she let me know an AC unit leaked sometime before our stay
.but never acknowledged my concerns and did not offer to have it inspected. The kids that were in the room did become symptomatic and I’ll and had to be moved into other areas of the property to sleep. I was informed AFTER our departure that the carpets were cleaned. The gas grill was also filthy and not in working order and the garage had overflowing garbage/recycling as well as an old dirty mattress which was not pleasant. The PO only ever assisted with the hot water issue but has not taken responsibility for anything else. Her communication has been poor and all of the things she talks about either before or after our stay are irrelevant! No refund has been offered.

July vacation In Glen, NH, 7.23

Our vacation rental in Glen, through the manager Romy, was just as expected if not more. The home is huge and the spacious rooms are over 3 floors, all easily accessible. There is way more than just ample parking as well. Not only is there one complete kitchen but 2, one on the main floor and one in the lower level off the gigantic playroom. In addition there are 2 sets of washers and driers, one on the 3rd level ( easy access to upper bedroom ) and another set on the lower level in the utility room. The appliances appear to be fairly new and all operating as they should. The surrounding grounds are well attended and groomed, the kids had a ball playing on them. The location is incredible, near enough to all attractions yet removed on a fabulous hilltop with an expansive view of just the area mountains. The hot tub was clean and clearly well-serviced. I would gladly entertain another visit and stay at this location. Cheers, Geoff
