Getting Around:

It's advisable to use a 4-wheel drive vehicle in the winter season.



Other Things to Note:

• If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7.

• There are bunk beds that have weight limits

• 8 guests max = 6 adults and 2 children (bunk bed)

• Please note that there's a staircase leading down to the property from the parking lot.

• We only have 1 parking spot at the property and the overflow parking for additional cars is not available. A 4-wheel drive vehicle is recommended during the winter months.

• A parking pass is available inside the unit upon check-in. Please be sure to hang your permit on the rearview mirror of your car and return it on the day of your check out otherwise there's a $100 fee to replace it.

• You can also use our membership to Linderhof Country Club (less than 5 min drive).

• Golf - $10/person/day for unlimited golf

• Pool & Tennis - $20/day for your entire group



***Note: Rental Property Agreement is required to be signed up after reservation has been confirmed. Failure to comply will result to the cancellation of reservation without refund.



Interaction with Guests:

We are here for you during your stay, but our level of interaction is up to you. We're only a phone call/message away. You will be able to self checkin upon arrival.
