Vaulted redwood ceilings, polished concrete floors flecked with luminescent stone, and walls of windows give the home a sense of quiet drama â refined, but unfussy.
The great room flows openly into a chef's kitchen anchored by a generous granite island, ideal whether you're uncorking a local Pinot or staging a slow Sunday breakfast. A dedicated office tucked off the main living space makes remote work feel almost indulgent, while the king-bedded primary suite â complete with radiant heated floors and an ensuite bath â offers a peaceful place to land after long days of tasting and exploring. As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.
Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
