This lower-level condo in Glen Arbor is the perfect place for a family or couples getaway! Take in gorgeous views of Sleeping Bear Bay, Lake Michigan, and South Manitou Island from the deck. The deck is conveniently equipped with patio chairs and two side tables. Beautiful lake views can be seen from the living room as well. The living area offers comfortable sofas and a fireplace. The den has a sleeper sofa, flatscreen TV, and a second fireplace. Prepare memorable homemade meals in the well-appointed kitchen, which is complete with stainless steel appliances. There is free WiFi for your convenience and cable TV for when you want to stay in and watch TV.

The property was beautiful. Would stay again. However the VRBO customer service was horrendous. Gave us the wrong directions with a confusing number. Unit was listed as 1 2. What is that? We thought it was 12. It wasn’t. Took 6 hours to get a return text!

We had a great stay at this condo. The views of Lake Michigan are terrific! It was also very convenient to Glen Arbor and the surrounding areas. We enjoyed the Dunes hike, kayaking, mini golf at River Club, and a trip to Fishtown/Leland while on our vacation.

No access to Homestead

I want to start by saying I have NEVER left a negative review. Our condo was full of bugs. Huge webs that had not been cleaned. The mattress was dirty with visible stains. The property was on the Homestead Resort property. Be aware, if you book through VRBO you do not get Homestead Access. This was not clear in the listing. The view was beautiful.

Great location, comfortable accommodations

This is our second year in this condo. It is a perfect fit for 2 couples. It is very well stocked with everything you need in the kitchen. The only disappointment was it had not been recently cleaned. The tables were very dusty, the fridge door was full of fingerprints and there were at least 20 dead mosquitoes on the shower. Even tho this was the case, we would absolutely stay here again.

Beautiful condo near Glen Arbor

The location of the condo is in the Homestead complex. The Homestead amenities lie,the pool can not be used. The condo is beautifully located towards the lake, the sunsets can be watched from the porch and are spectacular.

Nice apartment - but vacations ruined by safety issue

Overall the apartment is nice, well equipped and with a great view. But the bathtub sliding glass door was not properly fixed and fell on my kids while they were in the bath. It ended up with multiple cuts but that could have been far worse !! Difficult to enjoy our stay in these conditions. I was very surprised that Vacasa did not take this seriously and only call me back a day after.

Amazing Views and Premium Location

Amazing views, premium location and thoughtful finishes. Lives up to promised tasteful decor and well stocked kitchen. We loved the amenities such as the fireplace and spaciousness of the condo. My family's new favorite place to relax, cannot wait to go back!

Fine time - quiet and peaceful!

We had the pleasure of staying for a full week in late September 2021. The condo was exactly as described in the listing. It worked very well for us - two couples! The sunset view from the deck was absolutely fantastic. Would MOST CERTAINLY stay here if we were to visit the area again. Very, very nice!!

Great View, Great Location

We've been renting properties in Norther Michigan for years and this is one of the best we've come across. The location along the coast is as spectacular as the view. The condo is super clean and nicely decorated. It's got all the hardware and utensils you'll need for your stay. What a great place to spend a week and enjoy all of the fall colors.

Beautiful rental!

The property is located in a beautiful wooded area of homes and condominiums situated along Lake Michigan just outside Glen Arbor. The large 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit with 2 wood burning fireplaces and 2 decks overlooking the lake was clean, very comfortable, and equipped with everything needed for your stay. We would definitely stay again and highly recommend.
