Friendly helpful staff. Looked after our dog, even brought a cushion for her into the bar! Very good breakfast and lively large warm room with amazing bathroom. Going back in couple of weeks!

Excellent hotel

Pros: Friendly staff and good food
Location: Easy drive out to Loch Lomond.
This is a first class hotel in a good location.Staff are very friendly.The rooms are beautiful and the food in the bistro was excellent.

Fabulous hotel with the most beautiful décor

Pros: Everything!
Cons: Nothing at all - it was honestly perfect.
Location: See above - Botanical gardens 5 minutes walk, West End bars and shops 10 minutes and Kelvingrove museum and park - wonderful ! - 20 minutes walk.
Stayed in a suite with bay windows, four poster bed and the most gorgeous bathroom with robes, REN products and a super deep tub. The food and service were amazing and location is perfect for exploring West End, botanical gardens and easy to get out to the West HIghlands too.
