Great location with lake view
Traditional Swedish house with a homely feel. Lovely conservatory with wonderful views of the lake and nature - quality of life!
On the owner's farm with horses, sheep, cats and dogs and a rich birdlife, there is this "senior accommodation" with a cozy homely feel. Low thresholds and underfloor heating throughout the house.
There is a water-jacketed tiled stove and 4 m2 solar collectors as a complement to the electric heating. For environmentally friendly and economical heating.
Comfortable and neat furnishings with space for five adults. The owners of the house would like you, a family with children, to choose another of the 4 houses offered on the farm.
There are 3 bedrooms: 1 with a double bed, another with 2 lovely beds in a bed cupboard (i.e. beds that can be folded up against the wall during the day) and the third is a combined single room/office.
Laundry room with direct connection to the garage which has a sectional door. Wooden deck/balcony around almost the entire house. In the southwest there is a glazed conservatory with sliding doors in three directions and in the northwest there is a high and privacy and wind-protective plank.
Free fishing in the lake with certain restrictions. In the lake next to the house you have access to a rowing boat. The lake is less suitable for swimming as there are leeches in it. Within a short distance there are plenty of other lakes for both fishing and swimming.
Hiking and cycling trails are very close by and the ski slope (Isaberg Mountain Resort) and golf course are only about 20 km away. You have 25 km to a beautiful National Park.
The owners of the house try to live as healthy, natural and clean as possible, so smoking is prohibited in the entire area.
Final cleaning and transportation of garbage to the recycling facility are carried out by the host and cost 1,500 SEK as a mandatory amount.
A set of sheets and a large and a small terry towel can be rented for those who wish for 250 SEK per set. This is ordered at the time of booking.
Electricity costs are added from March to October and costs 2 SEK/kWh, November to February 3 SEK/kWh. Firewood is available for purchase on site.
In the same area there are three more holiday homes, which is perfect for those of you who want to travel together, but still be able to close the door to your own company. The 4 houses are located at just the right distance, i.e. you can see that you have a neighbor, but you choose for yourself whether you want to socialize or have your own undisturbed holiday.
